Alley Cat

Aroldo came to check after I feared that I saw evidence of rodents. He showed me the openings were still sealed and there was no rat poop. He set traps just in case and reassured me, so I was very pleased. He also made a point of protecting my dog from the traps in case the dog decides to nose around them.

Amateur Hour. I've now had Alley cat technicians here 3 times and there is still at least 1 hole (that I know of) that mice can get through, and I still have mice. Each time they returned, the new technician found obvious mistakes from the previous technician - like forgetting to pull out the dishwasher and look… Read full review

This company is head and shoulders above any other service of its kind in the SF Bay Area (and sadly I tried several before finding them). They are very knowledgeable and are active problem solvers. They are also determined, clean, thorough, polite and reliable. I recommend them to my friends.

Jose was very personable and looked over all the traps that were still in place from a few weeks ago and saw that no rodents were caught in the traps. Since all the holes were covered, no rodents came back into our property.

Efficient, professional, on time

Jose was friendly, thorough and professional and courteous. We are very satisfied withthe service.

Jose was wonderful. He came on time and worked efficiently and carefully.

Alley Cat came out today to do a follow up check on the exclusion work they did three weeks ago. This was all included in our contract. Jose and his team were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Alley Cat! This was the third time that we used them.

Very happy with the service. They did a great job sealing up gap and holes where rodents could enter as well as setting traps. There follow up is excellent as well as there communication. Everyone we interacted with was very professional.

The alley cat crew was highly professional, very kind and thorough. From inspection to communication to physical work, I deeply appreciate the rat abatement work they did in my garage. Don’t hesitate to use this crew. This was the most pleasant work with a contractor of any sort I’ve had in the last 25 years of home… Read full review

They did an excellent job of plugging all the holes to make sure no mice or rats are going to get in the house, cleaned everything, and sprayed a peppermint spray to keep mouse and rats away. They laid traps and came back to inspect and remove any used traps. Great service, friendly people.
