Alley Cat

Aroldo came to check after I feared that I saw evidence of rodents. He showed me the openings were still sealed and there was no rat poop. He set traps just in case and reassured me, so I was very pleased. He also made a point of protecting my dog from the traps in case the dog decides to nose around them.

Amateur Hour. I've now had Alley cat technicians here 3 times and there is still at least 1 hole (that I know of) that mice can get through, and I still have mice. Each time they returned, the new technician found obvious mistakes from the previous technician - like forgetting to pull out the dishwasher and look… Read full review

This company is head and shoulders above any other service of its kind in the SF Bay Area (and sadly I tried several before finding them). They are very knowledgeable and are active problem solvers. They are also determined, clean, thorough, polite and reliable. I recommend them to my friends.

Jose was very personable and looked over all the traps that were still in place from a few weeks ago and saw that no rodents were caught in the traps. Since all the holes were covered, no rodents came back into our property.

They did an excellent job of plugging all the holes to make sure no mice or rats are going to get in the house, cleaned everything, and sprayed a peppermint spray to keep mouse and rats away. They laid traps and came back to inspect and remove any used traps. Great service, friendly people.

Jose and his team were wonderful! He showed me what they were going to do and showed me all they did when they were done. It was pricey, but from what I can tell, they did a very thorough job. I would recommend Alley Cat to anyone with a rat problem!

Scheduled appointment and showed up on time as promised. Performed work as scheduled, let's see in a few weeks if problem has been resolved. After 3 weeks, they came back to check their work and the traps. Everything went fine, no pest caught and everything is quiet. Great work eliminating pest.
