Customers frequently praise the professionalism, patience, and detailed communication of sales representatives and installation technicians, noting that staff often go above and beyond to explain systems and ensure proper setup. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with billing practices, including unexpected fees, perceived bait-and-switch tactics, and rigid contract terms that prevent customers from leaving or resolving payment disputes.
