For me Dr Jamie & Jason and their staff are the BEST !! For 25 years or so. Aloha is such an amazing vet. They are very thorough in their explanations and answering my questions. The vet had to run out for an emergency, but the assistant was very kind in making sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. They have also been great with end of life care and making the situation comfortable for us/our pets.

Brought my juvenile Mojave desert tortoise in for a check up after noticing a runny nose Dr. Jason was thorough in explaining everything gave me a care and nutrition list to go off of and prescribed Squirtle an antibiotic to clear up her runny nose, and she is back roaming her property Like nothing ever happened. 🏡🤍🐢

We took my son’s chinchilla in for an urgent care visit after an emergency vet visit somewhere else. Dr. Nieves was amazing, he took great care of her and took the time to explain everything in great detail. He even called to follow up on her health the next day.
