I visited Aloha Plumbing's website and scheduled an appointment for our bi-annual maintenance check (installed 4 years ago [also by Aloha Plumbing]) of our tankless water heater. I received a reply text and reply e-mail confirming our appointment. I received a text message within 15 minutes of our appointment that…
My experience with working with Jerred to have a tankless water heater installed was great. Jerred was very good at communicating all that was involved in installing the unit and how it operates. Jerred is able to explain technical concepts in understandable terms and this built trust with me. In observing his…
We have been doing business with A’loha for several years, we can always depend on a great job. Always professional and thorough. Just great plumbers and knowledge. Jeff
I've used Jered for probably 7 or 8 years now and it's been nothing but a dream. He's consistently accurate in his timing and estimates, does great work, and is always a pleasure to interact with. 10/10 you won't be disappointed.
Jerred was very professional and provided good information and advise, as well as a fair price for his services.
Aloha Plumbing is the place to call for all your plumbing needs. They are prompt to get you help and professional. I had great service getting my hot water tank replaced. Once they quote you a price, they do not change it even if they have extra work involved.
I cannot recommend Aloha Plumbing more highly. Jerred is great to work with, honest and provides many DIY options as well as his own expertise as needed. This is your company for plumbing needs, no reason to keep looking.
Jerred is excellent to work with. Super focused on the quality of his work. Always on time and provides quality work.
I have been using Aloha for over 15 years. I would never call anyone else. They always take care of my plumbing problems quickly, efficiently, and correctly! They are AWESOME!!
Hot water heater going out. After 1 phone call and a few texts to coordinate Jerrad came over same day to confirm and gave us a game plan to still go on vacation. Very straightforward and laid out options for replacing. Jerrad stayed in touch up to appointment time to make sure nothing went south. The tankless water…
Great experience working with Jerred, would highly recommend! He provided me multiple options to get our old water heater working and, ultimately, to replace it. Honest, helpful, knowledgeable….if I could give him more stars, I would!
Jarred was excellent on the Service. However he still didn't bring me a Chick-fil-A sandwich. High recommend Aloha Plumbing. Prompt, courtesy and no upsetting. Just good, honest work. Next time you need Plumbing help give Aloha Plumbing a call.
Super knowledgeable and honest. What else can you ask for?
We decided to replace our water heater before it went out and caused a bigger issue (heater was 25 years old and not as hot as it used to be). We called Aloha because of the positive ratings and the name. Jerred was quick, respectful and gave us options on a new tank water heater or a tankless one. We had done our…
These guys are awesome to work with. We have used them a few times now on our primary home and rental. They are honest, upfront, reasonable price, and very responsive. They have given advice in the past whewe did not need to use their services too and told us what to do to fix the issue (aka stinky hot water…
Prompt and very professional. Explained everything and didn't try to sell us on extra work. Worked quick and clean. Highly recommended.
These guys are awesome. We've had Aloha out multiple times, but most recently to install a tankless water heater (navien npe 240a2) in place of our older tank unit. They did a great job on the install, and when a part (a $5 check valve, which to be clear isn't reflective of the systems they sell or the install they…
Old hot water heater was leaking and we were out of hot water. Aloha was recommended to us by our neighbor and we now will recommend them same as our neighbor. They were prompt and and on time to get us hot water again. Professional may be an understatement for the work that was done. I have been a pretty good…
Thank you, Aloha Plumbing for a fantastic experience! We converted from our old 40 gal tanks up in the attic to a tankless Navien system and we could not be more pleased. Jared and his team made the entire process very easy for us. It is very evident the team at Aloha are true plumbing professionals. They treated…
This is the 3rd plumbing repair in 3 yrs with Aloha for a rental home I own in Round Rock. They have always promptly shown up & completed the work at a fair price. Not the cheapest, but not out of line and I just as promptly paid the invoice due on completion of work. This time tenant called with a leak in the hot…
I use them for my home,, and now, I am using them for my office
I had contacted Aloha plumbing a few years ago about a tankless system to replace both of my water heaters. At the time, I was able to repair the failed water heaters myself and kept them running. Last week, one of them failed again, and they were both 18 years old, so it was time to replace before something more…
Excellent service, customer care and product. The donuts were unexpected but thoroughly enjoyed yum!
Aloha Plumbing is the best around! Professional, Knowledgeable and Reliable! We had a tank water heater leak in the attic that caused extensive damage and it had to be replaced. Having a water heater in the attic is not ideal and it is very frustrating that homes are built that way in Texas. Jarred gave us the…

Highly recommended by my sister and they did not disappoint! Thank you for the wonderful job!
The Aloha crew were great! Fast, professional, and courteous. Replaced my dual tank water heaters with a new tankless one, couldn't be happier.
Brendan came out to install a tankless heater in our home after the conventional hot water heater gave out in the attic above our kitchen. They were actually to replace both of our tanks with one tankless system. The service provided was above reproach. They communicated well and explained everything the we’re…
Brendan did a fantastic job replacing my gas water heater. When I had an issue with a faulty part on the equipment, Jerred was able to quickly and efficiently correct the issue. Props to these guys, I highly recommend!
Did what they promised. Showed up when expected.
Jerred and his team are amazing. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.
Jerred and the crew answered every call with speed and a heightened awareness to treat the customer with respect and ensure their happiness. I had an excellent experience with Aloha Plumbing, and I recommend them over any company.
Aloha Plumbing is my go to plumber moving forward. I reached out because of their stellar reputation and I was not disappointed. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and offered so much insight. When I switch over to a tankless water heater or need a plumber in the future, they will receive the call!
Jared, the owner has been very helpful in giving us what we needed for our insurance claim. When Brendan came out to evaluate our hot water heater he was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He answered all our questions and gave us the pros & cons of a tankless heater and a regular tank heater. WE WILL BE…
We plan on hiring Aloha Plumbing. Just getting all the required info together for our home warranty co. Install water softener. Service was excellent
Everything was great and on time. Thank you for the fast response and service. Will definitely refer family and friends and will continue to use them.
This is the 3rd time we have used Aloha. What can I say? They know what they are doing, they are personable, easy going....They installed a tankless water heater and water softener for us. Seamless install. Explained everything. Answered all of our questions. Just hire them. You will be glad you did.
Brendan Myers was honest with his recommendation of a replacement water heater and broke down the pros and cons of a quick fix versus a replacement tank. Brendan is a really nice guy who gains your trust with his politeness and cheerful personality all while going above and beyond the task at hand. When the Water…
Quality work with a positive attitude!
When I called asking about my leaking water heater, the business was very helpful answering my questions over the phone. When Brendan came out to do the work, he was friendly, professional, and informative. Great service all around.
We had a leaking hot water heater. Brendan came out same day to check it out and gave us our options. We went with a tankless unit that he installed the next day. Very professional, answered all of my questions, and did a clean job.
Great service and quality.
I've used Aloha plumbing twice now, once to repair a leaking toilet and once to replace a broken water heater. Their work is high quality, and they have been early or on time for me in both cases. They'll tell you themselves that they aren't the cheapest plumbers around, but they do the job right and don't cut any…
