Shannon is so helpful. She told me everything I needed to know to make the claim go quick and easy. The whole process was was so simple because of her. Thanks Shannon. Ryan, the claims adjuster, was also great to work with. Everything was settled in days. I'm glad I had both of them to work with.
Great insurance company... covers all our lives! car, house for a great price. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Lynette was great to work with, she answered every question I had and was very informative.
Chad was able to get me a cheaper quote than my current policy but it wasn't as easy as the commercials say. When I requested a quote I got a response right away but after a few weeks with no other communication, I emailed again. Was told my request "fell through the cracks". It took a month to get it done.
I had a bad experience with Allstate and coverage ,so I called Alpena Agency and got Demelza Johnson, a very friendly and caring agent. She talked to my husband and I explained all the insurance and got us more coverage at a better rate. A very professional company made us feel like they really cared and willing to help us. Thank you 😃👍👍
