We have used Alpha and Omega for over 10 years. All of the techs have been very polite and explained what we need and why we need it. Brad was very thorough and didn’t try to upsell us on anything.
Service was great and thorough. The treatment is waranteed for 90 days but hoping I won’t need it. Buck was great!

These guys are always so great. They come out right away when you need them, no hard sell for some "program," and Brad Sr. and Buck gave helpful advice for things to change in my yard to help prevent the bugs from coming back. Kevin was prompt in on time. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing today which made me feel comfortable about his work. I would have the company come back with Kevin anytime Only issue is the company charging a 3% fee on a credit card that is not customer friendly
