Alpha Towing and Recovery

Billy with Alpha Towing saved me! Will be referring to him again!

Great expedient service. Will contact again if in need.

Jason was very efficient and professional. Communication with Alpha Towing is top notch!

Jason came and saved me from the Walgreens pharmacy line 🫠 super fast and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Jason & team for your help!

I wish I could leave multiple reviews for the three tows we needed this week, because Jason and Mike earned every single one. My son’s car was locked in park and full of mods, and it was NOT an easy tow. They handled it gently, respectfully, and with real attention to detail. They protected his car like it was… Read full review

Jason was a great guy, helped me and my friends to get towed back to Florence from Eugene at 2am. Very nice guy and reasonable. Great choice

This was the second time I have needed a tow and each time Alpha has provided the best experience. Steffanie was by far the best operator hands down. She took a miserable, frazzled day and flipped it on it's head easily with her personality and how she handled my situation! Even more so the very busy Costco parking… Read full review

Jason was amazing! He went out of his way to make my son have a good time in a less than ideal situation. Thank you to Jason and team! Incredibly fast and beyond kind.

Professional and quick. I would recommend their services if anyone needs a tow.

Stefanie did a great job towing my son’s car. The car was parked in a difficult area to get to in downtown Eugene. I will definitely use is company again if and when I need a tow.

Very communicative. Very timely. Wish them all the best!

Steffanie was big help in getting my car to the mechanic after my alternator went out. Thanks!

I would absolutely use this company again. They are priced very fairly, Stefanie was kind and professional! This is the second time I've used Alpha Towing and I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Billy picked up my daughter car and was really careful to load it so more damage would t happen. He secured the vehicle well to the bed, and delivered the car straight to where I wanted it to go. Billy off loaded my daughter’s car right into the shop and got it in perfectly in place where the lift is so work could… Read full review

Gabe was awesome! He showed up and in no time had the job done. Very professional and I totally trusted him with one of my pride and joys.

Stefanie Nicccole Was prompt and clean a phone call ahead was very appreciated so I knew what time she was going to be there.

Great service prompt and friendly staff

I actually had two separate experiences with Alpha Towing, one was on a Saturday and the other a few days later. My car had an emergency where it was left basically immobile in downtown Eugene, and Steffanie was there about 40 minutes later to get my car hooked up. She was very professional, and took the time to… Read full review

Steffanie was great

Steffanie was prompt and professional I would recommend her and alpha towing to anyone who needs a tow service.

Amazing customer service!! Fast arrival and very kind to us, especially our young child. He made us comfortable in a yucky situation. Highly recommend!

Stephanie arrived quicky, completed the job and acted in a competent and professional manner. I was please with the service I received, thank you.

Great driver, fast and professional

Worst service from every single one of these people, everyone here religiously wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and LOVES to have an attitude with everyone. I talked too 4 separate people and every one of them was acting like it was an inconvenience for them to do their jobs 🤷🏻‍♀️. Also when the tow was… Read full review

Our car died in a very busy intersection in Eugene. Our driver Jason was friendly, professional and so appreciated!! Thank you for making a situation easier.

The team at Alpha Towing did a fantastic job helping remove a rouge car from our front lawn! Eric was very responsive and respectful while walking me through the process of how this all works (he took on the task of working with an unhelpful EPD and the drivers auto insurance company). I had no clue where to even… Read full review

Unfortunately I have needed them twice in 2 weeks. THANKFULLY they were there to help both times. Sarah in the office and Billy the driver/operator are two of the main reasons I will not use anyone else. Their pricing is so much better than some of the others I called. They are kind, caring and considerate during… Read full review

Jason was a great help

Stephanie was very quick and efficient. Professionalism was exactly what you’d hope to receive. I highly recommend alpha for all your Towing’s needs. Thanks,

Our tire popped on the freeway and we were assigned alpha towing to help us! There is differently some good in humanity in the form of the man that helped us, named Jason. He helped us with finding an open tire place on a Sunday and talked to the mechanics for us. Everything went smoothly and great, even though our… Read full review

Was in a pickle miles from home in a work vehicle in a high traffic situation on I 5. One of the drivers, Jason, got me up and going and back home nearly 2 hours less than was originally quoted. He was very quick, professional, and safe! Highly recommend Alpha towing…if any of their other drivers are half as good as… Read full review

Alpha towing was professional from start to finish when I called them after breaking down on the belt line yesterday. I was confused about how to explain my location to Jason but he was gracious and polite and managed to figure it out despite my poor directions. Got a toe from their driver Stephanie, and she did an excellent job. Friendly, professional, got my car from where it broke down to home very quickly. ETA to get to me was about 60 to 90 minutes, she got there in 45. Parking lots of doozy to park in, but she was able to drop my car into the parking spot like an… Read full review

Very kind and understanding. Tired everything to see if my car would turn on before having to pay out of pocket for the tow. Will use again if i ever need a tow.

Jason did a great job. He was friendly, prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable.

"Forget five stars—this hero deserves a galaxy! Our 2005 Nissan was dead in the water, a relic of a bygone era refusing to fire. But when the driver arrived, he wasn’t just on time; he was a surgical strike of professionalism, instantly diagnosing the ailing beast. Seriously, his courtesy, expertise, and precision… Read full review

Jason Satterlee was very helpful and safe and good and towing and we had good talk 👍

If I could give 10 stars I would. My 78 year old mother had an accident a few days ago in the pouring rain. Stephanie came out to do the tow, which was complicated due to the vehicle placement. She was patient, kind and safe, completing the tow without causing any damage to the car. Today I took Mom out to Alpha.… Read full review

She was so very helpful and really nice through out this process, I really don’t know what I would’ve done if it hadn’t been had been for Steffanie and all of her help.

Great experience with Alpha towing. My company was working on a large parking lot that required around 10-20 vehicles towed off of it. Because of the nature of our work we need lots cleared quickly and Stephanie made it happen. She was punctual, fast and very skilled. Would highly recommend
