Delivered a crate for a home elevator and did a great job.
Billy and James did a phenomenal job coming to our rescue when we were stranded with a crew cab dually and horse trailer. They went above and beyond to help us get the rig to safety and even helped us with repair the following day. Highly recommend this business!
Billy Ferguson was amazing! My car was stuck in my apartment garage and he helped me push it out so I could get repairs done. He was so kind and wonderful, made a hard situation a lot less stressful. I highly recommend!!
Your driver Billy took exceptionally good care of my 1934 Ford Coupe when I needed a flat bed haul to a repair facility. The price was ok given how much I love that car!
Really friendly, very professional, and great care. Will use them again if needed.
The tow driver was GREAT. CALLED IMMEDIATELY.. He let me know when he would be arriving. Asked tons of questions. So he pretty much has all the info he needed when he arrived. It was not just normal tow. Pickuo Truck with full Artic Fox overhead camper. Very good at the job..and I have had 30 years experience…
From my initial phone call to the complete job everyone was Friendly, on time, professional, & fair priced. I've used others in the passed but won't anymore. I highly recommended using Alpha Towing.

They were on time, and did a fantastic job, Stefanie was very professional and did a better job than most of the men that have towed me. Will for sure use them on any future towes.
Hands down the best tow company around. Friendly, professional, and reliable. The only people I trust for my towing needs.
Steffanie is amazing to come out on a Sunday an be so very kind with the loading an hauling of my car, in which needed to go to the mechanic shop. She's super kind and very appreciated.
Jason went above and beyond to make sure the job got done. Fair pricing and fast response time.
Great experience. Matt was awesome, very professional! Wouldn’t hesitate to call Alpha again.
I've never needed a tow before, but honestly after today if I ever do in the future I'll probably call Alpha Towing first. Stephany was my tow driver and she was great. She was not only quick and competent with her job, but also explained to me and showed me what she was doing when I asked questions. She definitely…

My transmission ended up bailing on me when I was in Colberg and I needed a tow. I called the other local tow companies but they were very very busy and we're not able to help me out. So then I called Alpha Towing and Recovery and they came and got me towed my car home for cheap. The tow truck driver that helped me…
Gabe (the tow truck driver)was early and polite! It's so nice to have a company come to the rescue and empathize on a really rough day. I believe Alisha is the receptionist and she was very kind and quoted me a reasonable rate and was able to save my butt in less than 45 minutes. Good people to deal with when your in trouble.
Responsive, prompt, friendly, and professional. I will be using Alpha for all future towing services.
The service was great and the driver had a wonderful attitude and demeanor. The price was fantastic as well.
What an amazing company. They went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much.
Great service for our broken down chevy 3500. Was super friendly. On time. Great people, wonderful owner. On time service in the rain.
Very professional and careful with my vehicle. Courteous and had good communication.
Jordan did a great job towing our Sprinter.
I have had two tows from them, both by Jordan. He’s great, professional and funny so the ride to your location will be entertaining for sure. 10/10 won’t use anyone else. The prices are great and so is the service.
Alpha Towing is quick, professional, and a great value. Thank you, Clayton!
They were very quick and professional
Completely satisfied with the excellent job they did hauling my motorcycle across town. Had the right equipment and were friendly and very professional. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
Was able to coordinate pick and delivery to mechanic shop. They made this very easy. Extremely nice and helpful guys!
The tow truck driver was amazing through the whole ordeal. Definitely use this towing service again when needed. Thank you!!!
Clayton was very professional and quick at getting the truck prepped to be towed did an AWESOME JOB Would highly recommend Alpha Towing and Recovery for all my future towing needs
Alpha towing is the easiest and cleanest tow business I have ever used. Businesses like this are rare and should be highlighted for their ability to make customers feel like family. The owner, Clay, goes out of his way to take care of his customers and it shows. I highly recommend using Alpha for any towing need!
Excellent. Friendly. Quick. Affordable.
I lost the card w/the driver's name , however I will say he was prompt , knowledgeable , and careful . This ment a great deal to me so this business as a whole is ' Top Shelf ' ...and driver. " Thank you " .
They were there when they said thy would be and everyone was courteous and professional.
The other towing companies called ... were, unfortunately, filled with excuses. None could help us "today." (We should've called Alpha, first.) Alpha Towing didn't seem to have these problems ... in fact, Jordan Henderson was great. He arrived when he was supposed to ... knew more about my vehicle's locking system…
Great service overall. The scheduling of the tow was easy. The driver Jordan was very courteous, knowledgeable and funny. I would use them again!
Absolutely the best towing company we have ever used. They are highly recommended for anyone needing a tow.
Used Alpha on 11/13/2020 to move two tool boxes. Not only did it take the driver forever to figure out how to secure them, now I come to find he actually managed to damage both of them, as well. Pretty bad, for $150.
Five stars I’d recommend them. Got Brandon who was awesome and helpful.
Can’t thank Clay enough for hauling my car all the way to my driveway, he was super cool about it, and I 100% recommend giving Alpha Towing and Recovery a call.
Excellent service!
They moved a 1600 pound metal lathe for me quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.
I’ve been using Alpha Towing for years. They always practice great customer service and tackle every challenge with a great can do attitude! I highly recommend Alpha Towing to anyone who needs a tow!
Speedy service. Not sure why the drivers are not wearing masks, though.
