Mike was great to work with. Took very good care of my car.

I wish I could leave multiple reviews for the three tows we needed this week, because Jason and Mike earned every single one. My son’s car was locked in park and full of mods, and it was NOT an easy tow. They handled it gently, respectfully, and with real attention to detail. They protected his car like it was… Read full review

Driver was friendly and professional.

The county decreased the size of a very narrow road and didn’t add a shoulder. my Horse trailer got sucked down into about a four foot ditch. We had three horses stuck inside. I called Alpha in an absolute panic, the calm voice on the other end had a wrecker out in about 20 minutes! They were amazing! The only… Read full review

Jason did a great job with delivery of my 20’ container. Fast. Friendly professional.

I actually had two separate experiences with Alpha Towing, one was on a Saturday and the other a few days later. My car had an emergency where it was left basically immobile in downtown Eugene, and Steffanie was there about 40 minutes later to get my car hooked up. She was very professional, and took the time to… Read full review

I broke down on Friday and call in for a tow. I really was impressed when the nice man came out and and saw that me and my friend need a ride, and I had a utility trailer sswell. I forgot to tell him I had a trailer on the back of my rig, so he had to go all the way back and get the proper truck to haul my… Read full review

The team at Alpha Towing did a fantastic job helping remove a rouge car from our front lawn! Eric was very responsive and respectful while walking me through the process of how this all works (he took on the task of working with an unhelpful EPD and the drivers auto insurance company). I had no clue where to even… Read full review

After my work trucks serpentine belt broke on I5, I needed a tow. Jason was awesome, he was quick, efficient and helpful. I had already been sitting on the side of the interstate for over an hour waiting for a puddle jumper to show up, puddle jumper decided to cancel the job without contacting myself or our fleet… Read full review

Jason is a rockstar, he saved our bacon from the Eugene airport with the most inconvenient electric car charging issues. We are so grateful for his assistance and the alpha team for getting us out of the pinch, you should absolutely request Jason’s help!

The Red Cross had a training exercise and I had no way to get my shelter trailer to the location. I called Alpha and they immediately dispatched a driver. The driver, Jason, kept me updated the whole way and got the trailer to Albany in time to score points for the exercise. Thank you Jason and Alpha!

Above and beyond towing a large Rv safely. Great equipment and a highly experienced tech.

Showed up within 30 minutes to pull my car out of a ditch. Can’t thank them enough

If you are ever near Eugene and in need of help call Billy and James at Alpha towing. After calling AAA, and having them refuse to haul our trailer, Billy picked us and our trailer up at midnight, helped us find a safe place for our rig for the night, and find a motel. Both guys helped us the next morning for hours… Read full review

This is the second time we’ve used alpha towing and cannot recommend them enough. Jason was particularly kind and helpful to get us back onto the road. It was a very busy afternoon at the side of HWY 126 but Jason was very safe and able to get our rig back in action. If I need a tow I’ll definitely seek them out… Read full review

Jason Satterlee was an awesome tow truck operator. He was johnny on the spot loaded up the truck and off it went to the repair shop. Great service all the way around.

Gabe arrived within an hour of our call. He hooked up our coach and delivered it to Cummins NW in Coburg without a glitch. He worked diligently and careful. I would recommend Alpha Towing to anyone who needs roadside assistance.

We were referred to Alpha by a reliable company, who was unable to assist due to high risk. Dispatch team was quick and had great communication. Gabe the driver was even more incredible. He retrieved my suburban single handedly, with ease and kindness. We truly felt saved from a dangerous situation.
