Rich got to my location much sooner than expected! He made me feel at ease as my tire blew on the freeway just before an exit. He took care of everything! He blocked a lane to change my tire and put air in my spare when he noticed it looked low. I saved the number in my phone and will call them in a heartbeat if I need anything! Kudos to Rich!
