I would not recommend Gary Conrad or Alpha Tree Service. Per the quote received, they were to trim the top third of the tree, clear branches near power lines, and remove all dead branches. Large dead branches remain, and several cut branches were left hanging dangerously, one of which eventually fell onto my fence and sidewalk. I voiced the safety concerns repeatedly by text and call, only to be met by silence. Then came 11 days of no-shows and rescheduling (including one he admitted he'd just forgotten), followed by him returning - for work already paid in full - to yell and scream at me, call me a liar and paranoid, and complain about removing branches that my photos showed were clearly hazardous. Alpha Tree Service advertises "expert pruning to prevent property damage" and "thorough cleanup of debris". Neither happened - the wood chipper mess from the initial day's work drew neighbor complaints and I swept up branches myself both times they were here.

They arrived at time promised. Cut down and removed a large tree in my backyard. It rained all day, but they worked through it and got the job done. I would call them again if needed.

These guys did a great job! I had a tree in my backyard fall on my deck and house over the weekend and needed it off the roof so I could have my insurance adjuster look at damage. Everyone was SUPER busy--and they were too--but they took the time to stop between jobs to quickly get the tree off my roof and then came…

Everyone was SUPER busy--and they were too--but they took the time to stop between jobs to quickly get the tree off my roof and then came back just a couple days later to finish the job. They quoted an excellent price, they were really efficient, and they left the yard clean. Super happy, and I would hire them again. Thank you!
