Our dishwasher was not draining water. After working on it he found the disposal connection was clogged. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I wouldn't call anyone else. They are an awesome company and a great repair person!! Good reasonable solutions for our needs.

The service person was timely, friendly, professional. Unfortunately the part that was broken was not repairable, but that was not her fault. I would use AlphaTek again.
I didn’t think the dishwasher would be repairable because we installed new floors that prevented it from being pulled out to be worked on. Terry fixed it in under 30 min.
Very prompt service with a good diagnosis.
She saw that it was not set on the right setting set it and was gone
Andrew discussed in advance what the outcome might be because I really needed to know if the dishwasher could even be repaired. He brought the control board with him and was able to get us back in operation in less than an hour. Well done!

We moved into a condo & washing machine & dishwasher needed some parts replaced. As soon as parts arrived they scheduled to come fix both of them in one trip. Work was done & they both have been working great.
Prompt and super professional service. News wasn’t great (need a new washer as repairing would be just as expensive), but the serviceman who arrived was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Fast and great service!
