First, the CSR (Carrie) when you call in is just about as nice as can be. She apologized for not getting a same-day appointment, when I was expecting a week. I was able to get a next day appointment. Tech arrives and was very honest! Instead of throwing parts at it he said it would be cheaper to get a new washing…
Had Alpha check out for a dryer issue in one of my homes and a microwave at another. They were able to diagnose and repair the dryer at a good price and recommended a replacement on the microwave versus wasting money on an expensive repair. Professional and will shoot you straight. Thank you Alpha

Terry C. did a great job. Our dryer wasn’t heating anymore and he came out and told us exactly what the problem was, swiftly ordered the replacement part it needed, and came back to install it. Then he plugged everything in and tested it to be sure it worked properly. He was on-time with each encounter and friendly. Thank you, Terry!
