It took longer for them to find and obtained the needed parts than I thought it would. But they called to set up the tech’s visit as soon as they had the parts in hand. He installed the new parts in about 45 minutes and was on his way to the next job. Everything seems in good working order now.
Alex was friendly and professional. There was a delay as there was a backorder of parts but AlphaTek communicated the same to me and reached out to in a timely manner
