We have an older model 642 by Sub Zero that had an EE status light on and the refrigerator section was freezing over. I called and got a very quick appointment. Brittany came over and had it diagnosed in no time and parts were placed on order. When the parts came in the fridge was repaired and is now in perfect order. I Highly recommend the AlphaTek team.

Our 4 yr old LG refrigerator had the defroster board go out. We called several places for repair but found that very few companies work on LG or Samsung appliances. PART ORDERED CAME IN 3 DAYS LATE. WAS ALITTLE PRICEY FOR JUST REPLACING A THERMOSTAT. THE TECH AND OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE AWESOME.
