Great service and great service tech Brittany is great gets the job done

Always wonderful service and great people

I called them to repair my dryer but it was not the dryer but an electric problem with my load module having to do with the generator. An electrician had to fix this. It’s fixed and my dryer is working good. I will definitely call CJ again for appliance repair. He arrived early and was knowledgeable and gave me helpful hints.

Aloha tech was able to fix my dryer’s heating element after Best Buy’s tech failed and told me to buy a new one. They gave me great advice on how to keep the heating element from breaking again by cleaning out my roof mounted dryer vent and taking the screen off the roof mounted unit. The vent was packed. It’s all working great now.

Alex was honest and told me that it was probably best to get a new washer instead of doing fixes to try and keep it running. He was quick and good at what he does. Very nice.

They did not take short cuts, but struggle with the agitator until they got it loose and the entangle pillow case free from the agitator bearing area.

The technician was polite, on time, and answered questions. No repairs were made because it was going to cost too much. Might as well buy a new one. No ding to the appliance repair place.

Andrew was kind and respectful. He wore a mask which is very important to me. He found the problem and showed me what was happening. Can't wait to get laundry done!

The person scheduling and the technician were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew explained exactly what was wrong - a gear was going bad so agitator wasn't working well on light wash but worked OK enough on regular wash.
