Tim cleaned the filter on my refrigerator and fixed a couple of water hoses. He also looked at where my washer was placed and gave advice about what needed to be done to balance it better. He provided a lot of very useful advice about kitchen appliances.

Brittany came to fix my clothes washer today. She was punctual, pleasant, clean, obviously well-trained and experienced. She quickly sorted the possibilities, did a minor adjustment and advised me on potential future problems, solutions. Washer was fine when she finished. The original Electrolux serviceman was unable to diagnose the problem.

When he came in he was courteous and professional. He checked out the washer and knew exactly what the problem was.
Fast and efficient. A part had to be ordered and Patrick returned the next week and installed it in about 30 minutes. Patrick was very friendly and professional. I will use alphatek for any future repair work. Setting up an appointment was very easy.

Exceeded my expectations
I appreciate the initial customer service support. The representative didn't seem to have an issue working around my schedule (after 4 pm) and recommended someone who is flexible. Mr. Andrew diagnosed the issue, explained the problem (to my understanding), offered multiple solid and straight-forward solutions.
Tim was the service tech that came out to check on our Samsung washer that was not working. He was on time and very professional definitely would use again if we needed services.

This is the fourth time Alpha Tek has done something for us. Each experience has been good with a positive outcome. The word integrity comes to mind, something that is rarely seen now.
Alex was on time, professional, explained in detail what was wrong with washer and answered all questions that I had.

They were very good to work with. They diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. Once the part came in they called to schedule a time to install it. I have run one load of wash since they replaced the part and it worked perfectly.
