Alpine Maids have been fantastic! They helped us with a move out clean and then we booked monthly cleanings at our new townhouse. Every time we have been pleased with the quality of the clean! The staff have all been super friendly and easy to work with. I also really like that staff earn benefits and fair wages. Absolutely recommend!
Super friendly and quick service! I sent a message on Wednesday night, they called Thursday morning, and my home was cleaned by Friday afternoon. The move-in clean was comprehensive and my maids, Addisyn and Freya, did a fantastic job.
Kaity and Angie did a great job. Our home was vacant and a total mess. It looks like a whole new place now. Very happy with the job.
Update: The company reached out to me shortly after I posted this review and offered me a partial refund. They were also very receptive to the feedback I gave, and we were able to resolve this quickly. While I wasn't happy with the initial clean, the customer service I experienced was good. As I know this reviews…
This was a great company to work with start to finish. The scheduling rep was very helpful. Freya and Rose were wonderful- they were so friendly and kind! My apartment looks spotless.
Chase and Logan did a fantastic job!! Everything was sparkling clean and they were friendly!
Alpine Maids did a thorough job on our move-out clean. Communication beforehand was easy, they were personable when they arrived, and they got to work right away. The apartment ended up light years cleaner than when we moved in, and they finished faster than I expected. They took real stress out of the move.
Stunning job! The crew was kind and did a remarkable job. I appreciate the ability to do this in such short notice and rescuing me from the already labor intensive job of moving. I will gladly recommend you to everyone I know!
I have used Alpine Maids for over a year now, and at two residences. My cleaners Marie and Alexandra do a great job. They are on time, wear masks, and get my house sparkling clean.
Alpine Maids has done two deep cleans on our house and we could not be more appreciative! The team is thorough, leaves the house and every surface in top condition and is friendly. Theresa, Vic, MaryCatherine, and Kristen did a great job, asked questions when needed, and dealt with our shy and timid dog!
Did a great job on a move-out clean for us, would hire again!
Update: 09/17/24: Vic did a very thorough, professional job as usual. He's detail oriented. We especially appreciate his willingness to be fully vaccinated/boosted to keep himself and others safe. He's personable and flexible and is wonderful with our dogs! Update 12/05/23: Katy did a wonderful job. This is the…
I got a move-in clean for a very dirty house. I was disappointed by the teams first visit but when I voiced my disappointment, they sent a new team who did a great job!! Looks really great and thoroughly done. would recommend! Very responsive and professional.
Did great work and had a super quick follow up!!!!
Both cleaners did a great job. They cared about the details and were very careful to not cause any damage. They were easy to deal with and made sure I was happy with the job.
They are friendly and do great work.
Great job. Thanks for tackling this very big, 5,000 sq ft home, that was very very dirty and had not been lived in for sometime. My client was amazed at how much better it looks without all the grime and dirt. Thanks so much! Will call you for the next one.
I did a move out clean and although it was a bit expensive I feel it was worth it for the quality. Hard stains were removed and everything was done done as requested. We walked through the place together to confirm everything was up to standard.
I used AlpineMaids today for a move out cleaning for my apartment as my fiancé and I just bought our first home. Holy moly! I walked into my place this afternoon and it is absolutely SPOTLESS and exactly how it looked when I moved in over a year ago. They even left the sweetest note and a full checklist for…
Incredibly thorough moving clean done super flexibly with extremely good cleaners. Can't be more pleased with the results - HUGE thank you!!
