Took my 14 year old daughter here for her first haircut in an actual salon! She has always gotten her hair cut by her grandmother who is a barber. She was excited to have the full salon experience. Kyliegh is such a calming presence for an anxious and shy girlie like me. She makes me comfortable, which is something I haven’t found at other salons. She’s informative, patient, and my hair looks great every time I leave. Thanks so much!

Maggie was amazing!! I just moved to Louisville and was nervous about going to a new salon. Everyone was super friendly and Maggie was great. The best haircut and style I’ve ever had!
My daughter had her very long hair cut off and it was absolutely perform done!!
This was the worst experience I have ever had a salon. My stylist had a terrible attitude, she was extremely rough with my hair, my hair is not the color I wanted AT ALL, I got charged almost double the amount I was expecting to pay and it took 2 hours longer than expected. I don’t know if I’ll be returning here.
From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Gwyn to the haircut, shampoo, blowout, and other services Kyleigh provided me, it was, as always a wonderful experience. Thanks! Kyleigh is so good - I always feel great when I leave.
Stylist was on time listened and helped me ease into a style. Liked the studio too. Although it’s a bit difficult to find, it’s worth the hunt!
Everyone was very nice. And even though I didnt know exactly what I wanted, they knew exactly what I needed. Very pleased with the end result!!
Danielle is an all-star and a fantastic stylist. She listened to my needs and completely transformed my hair. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Two weeks later and I'm STILL receiving compliments and repeat compliments from the same people! I'm very happy I chose Alter'd Culture.

I’ve been twice to get my curly hair cut by Abba and she has given me the best hair cut both times! Exactly what I described and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!
This was my first visit here and Erika really listened to what I wanted and executed it well. She was friendly but not overly talkative and it was super helpful that I could make an appointment after work. Front desk was friendly as well.

I was very nervous about going to a new stylist but Kyleigh made me so comfortable and she was the sweetest. She listened to how I wanted my hair she offered us beverages and the music was great. It was just a great atmosphere all around.
