If you want quality work, this is the place. I have been going to this business for my alterations for years. The owner is patient, professional, and efficient. If she gives you a completion date, she sticks to it. As long as she is in business, I will remain a customer.

Review from Google · view on GoogleVery disappointed in the lack of communication I have received since dropping off my one item to have the zipper replaced. I was told it would be ready on December 10th and I dropped my item off before thanksgiving(November 24th). I called to confirm on December 10th if it was ready to pick up and she said it would not be ready and she would call me when it was. I did not receive a call. I drove there today to go see if it was ready to find out that she is closed until Jan 5th and I still was not notified to pick up my clothes. She told the girl that referred me to her that her assistant reached out to everyone, but absolutely no one called me. I would never intentionally not go pick up my clothes I was waiting for if I got a call saying it was ready. ***UPDATE*** It’s now January 8, 2026 and I still have not received my clothes. The owner has not reached out to me to even try to get the clothes I trusted her with back to me or give me an update on anything. I called the number on google all for the voicemail to say the building won’t be back up until Jan 12th.
