Google reviewers rate Alvarez Automotive 4.7 out of 5 based on 120 reviews, highlighting punctuality, transparent communication, and affordable pricing for services like brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and transmission work. Customers frequently note the shop's willingness to provide same-day service and detailed explanations of vehicle issues. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the business for overcharging, performing work without prior approval, and failing to resolve recurring mechanical problems effectively.

If you want an honest mechanic that provides a professional service, go see these guys! Juan went out of his way to help my wife with car problems, got straight to the point with the correct diagnostics and repaired all faults. We continue to use this garage, it’s sometimes hard to find places with this kind of honesty and standard of work especially for females that feel they maybe taken advantage off. This won’t happen here.
