I had a major pipe leak in my house last week and called Alvarez Plumbing. Korey came out to detect the the leak and was so professional and caring. We opted to replumb the whole house which has a very small crawl space. Adam and Drew were the crew who conquered that very difficult job. They were the most amazing,…

We had a complete repiping of our house done by Alvarez. Very happy with the work and would recommend them for plumbing services. They were very responsive and kept us updated on the progress. We feel the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. They will be our go to plumbers going forward.

Honest, hardworking, and truly family‑owned and operated—exactly the kind of business you want to work with. Their pricing was fair and perfectly aligned with our needs, and the level of care they put into their work really stood out. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and they’ll be my first call…
Jacob Fox did a great job servicing my AC unit and getting it ready for the summer. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and left the area cleaner than he found it. I’d definitely recommend Alvarez for AC maintenance.

Called Alvarez Plumbing to get help with a water leak in our garage- ended up being a Slab Leak! What a mess…

These guys were total professionals especially Jacob!
Excellent service. I had water leak & it was repaired within 3.5 hrs of calling. Young man gave excellent work & social skills also excellent. Would definitely recommend this company!
I had a fairly good experience with Alvarez, but not quite as good as the reviews that prompted me to choose them. I wasn’t happy that they padded quote, because they insisted on replacing a perfectly good ball valve that was not part of the problem, and the labor included two workers for three hours, but I thought…
I’ve hired several plumbers over the last 15 years and was not completely satisfied with many of them until I contacted Alvarez Plumbing & AC. Jerod was my technician and explained everything thoroughly to repair my on/off water handle in my shower and gave me what the cost would be upfront. He also gave me an…

Ian and his team were so knowledgeable and worked in a super professional manner. Very impressive. They ran back to the truck to get their ShopVac and it looked clean and fresh. My water was off for no longer than 40 minutes. Would 100% call them again!
Keith did a fabulous job installing and explaining our new water softener/filter system. Alvarez always delivers outstanding service and communication. We highly recommend them. Thank you, Chris & Kat Thompson
We had an issue with a pipe busted when the technician broke the pipe inside the interior wall that caused water gushing in bedroom. I don’t totally blame him accidents do happen and it wasn’t his fault but the aggravation of cleaning all the mess up all weekend I was not happy. Not to mention when he was repairing…
If you need plumbing services consider using Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioing. They were able to come out on very short notice (within 2 hours), diagnose & fix declining washer water flow by replacing bibbs (hot & cold water controls). Kudos to Jacob Costine & Jermaine, who were polite, honest, clean & priced well!
Really impressed by this company and employees. I had a major problem when my water softener failed allowing resin from the tank to contaminate my entire water system piping. The flow was almost non existent as the filters and aerators clogged making the showers and faucets almost unusable. The techs, Sillc, Ian…

I’ve worked with Alvarez Plumbing & Air for multiple properties. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional; I enjoy working with their team each every time. From staff at the office (shout out Julie!) and the teams that arrive on-site. Five stars!
Very prompt same day emergency service. Broken pipe under mobile home was a simple fix but access to pipe was extremely difficult. Alex and Jacob went above and beyond to get to the pipe so they didn’t have to cut a hole in the floor. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them
Service was timely and professional. Technician Perry Damato was very informative and explained the whole process and essentially gave me a class in basic plumbing as he allowed me to watch his work.
They do a good professional job and don’t leave a mess when they finish. The plumber(Pete or Pat..bad memory on my part) did a great job
Alex was fantastic. I called Alvarez plumbing on a weekend and he was there within an hour. He found the issue and made the repair in no time. Will only use Alvarez plumbing from now on.
Tobi was the best! He was professional on every level. He showed up when he said he would and kept my informed on everything he did. He definitely knows his stuff!
Oh, I used Alverez plumbing to do a fairly simple job for me. I know everything is gone up, but I thought they were a little bit overpriced.
We had these guys out after another plumber could not permanently clear out the sewer line behind our restaurant. We had repeated back ups that caused us to close early on a busy Friday night. The plumbers before Alvarez kept in coming out to jet the line but never wondered why it was backing up. Never looked…
Late on a Saturday afternoon our newborn grandchild and momma just arrived home from the hospital when a toilet began leaking. Jennifer in dispatch stayed in regular contact until Michael arrived around 6 pm. He quickly assessed the severity of the issue—it involved all 4 units of our condo building—and went to…

Toby was our plumber today, he was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. This our first time using Alvarez Plumbing and it won’t be our last
Victor & Sille did a great job fixing the pipe leak and evaluating some future issues I may encounter.
I've been a fan of this company since the early/mid 90s when they were starting out. Over the years they have maintained their professionalism and high integrity as they've grown. It's refreshing to work with and depend on honest contractors.
