I had a major pipe leak in my house last week and called Alvarez Plumbing. Korey came out to detect the the leak and was so professional and caring. We feel the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. They will be our go to plumbers going forward.

Called Alvarez Plumbing to get help with a water leak in our garage- ended up being a Slab Leak! Excellent service. I had water leak & it was repaired within 3.5 hrs of calling. Young man gave excellent work & social skills also excellent. Would definitely recommend this company!
I had a fairly good experience with Alvarez, but not quite as good as the reviews that prompted me to choose them. I wasn’t happy that they padded quote, because they insisted on replacing a perfectly good ball valve that was not part of the problem, and the labor included two workers for three hours, but I thought…
I’ve hired several plumbers over the last 15 years and was not completely satisfied with many of them until I contacted Alvarez Plumbing & AC. Jerod was my technician and explained everything thoroughly to repair my on/off water handle in my shower and gave me what the cost would be upfront. He also gave me an…

We had an issue with a pipe busted when the technician broke the pipe inside the interior wall that caused water gushing in bedroom. I don’t totally blame him accidents do happen and it wasn’t his fault but the aggravation of cleaning all the mess up all weekend I was not happy. Not to mention when he was repairing…
If you need plumbing services consider using Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioing. They were able to come out on very short notice (within 2 hours), diagnose & fix declining washer water flow by replacing bibbs (hot & cold water controls). Kudos to Jacob Costine & Jermaine, who were polite, honest, clean & priced well!
Really impressed by this company and employees. I had a major problem when my water softener failed allowing resin from the tank to contaminate my entire water system piping. The flow was almost non existent as the filters and aerators clogged making the showers and faucets almost unusable. The techs, Sillc, Ian…

Oh, I used Alverez plumbing to do a fairly simple job for me. I know everything is gone up, but I thought they were a little bit overpriced.
We had these guys out after another plumber could not permanently clear out the sewer line behind our restaurant. We had repeated back ups that caused us to close early on a busy Friday night. The plumbers before Alvarez kept in coming out to jet the line but never wondered why it was backing up. Never looked…
Late on a Saturday afternoon our newborn grandchild and momma just arrived home from the hospital when a toilet began leaking. Your Technician Ted made my new year. As a brand new restaurant owner on New Year’s Eve our plumbing went down. We called no less than 15 other plumbers before we called Alvarez Plumbing. All of which said it would be Tuesday. If not for Ted (the greatest plumber of all time) and his friend Jacob our new business…

Hurricane week! Water softener sprung a leak and because of the leak, all water had to be turned off. I have a 6 year old so that is a no go. I called the installation company and the company couldn’t come out to fix, call Alvarez plumbing and they fixed my issue in no time. Jared is an great employee and i couldn’t be happier with the results.
I have used Alvarez several times. Once again they saved the day. This was a tough leak in a very hard to reach spot. Another general contractor walked away from the problem and didn’t even want to attempt it. Alvarez was happy to do the work. They were ON TIME and did perfect work. I highly recommend Alvarez.

Jerod did a great job repairing a couple of leaks and replacing some valves that were in danger of failing. He was prompt, thorough, and courteous. He was very tenacious fixing one of the problems, finding a buried shutoff valve for our irrigation system. I was thrilled that he was able to locate it and fix the leak and valve! Awesome job Jerod!!!

Hourly rates are extremely high, did not provide any kind of estimate.
Good work by honest qualified people. I've used Alvarez at my current home for a year and when I lived in a condo, the association used them as well.
Had a great experience with Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning! The Dynamic Duo Father and Son Team of Buck and Brandon were very professional and upfront with the cost of the repair.
