Alvarez is my go to company for plumbing, AC and electrical services. Friendly, professional technicians who are always on time. Easy to make appointments with customer service. The only company I use.
I used Alvarez for both AC & Plumbing! I purchased an older home in South Tampa that needed some serious maintenance. They were honest and upfront, didn’t try to upsell or overcharge me, and handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and communication. I had an entire AC system replacement with a new…

Buck B. arrived on time and was able to quickly determine the fix actions I needed for a bathroom faucet that was leaking and one of my toilets that had a small leak at its base. Buck was also extremely careful when entering and exiting my front door because I informed him that I had 4 indoor cats. If you have any…
Jim from Alvarez came out to us at Bedrock Winters Mobile Home Park and took care of a big mess! I thought a pipe broke outside, but it turned out we had a big clog that had been building and flowing toward my house. He worked diligently for almost an hour a half in the Florida summer heat to fix the problem. Many…
I'm very pleased with the work that John our technician did. He was pleasant and kept me informed of everything he was doing. I'm happy with how everything turned out.
Last night we discovered a leak behind the toilet from the shut-off valve & turned the water off to the house. Chaos! Called Alvarez this morning & they promptly sent out Kaleb to fix the problem. His courtesy, knowledge, & professionalism made this repair a breeze! It's not often you find a company that has good…

Last month we had a very good experience with Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We were able to quickly get an appointment. Our technician Joseph came out, surveyed the situation (which was a leaking pipe in our living room ceiling) and gave us what seemed to be a fair quote. He was extremely friendly and got the…
Sill c Smith was our plumber. He fixed our kitchen sink leak which another plumber from another company had attempted to fix and failed. Sill was fast, cool, nice guy and cleaned up everything before he left. Great experience w/ Alvarez plumbing.

Manuel and David from Álvarez did an amazing job on a slab leak. Worked very clean and professionally. Made the repair and leveled the cement perfectly afterwards. Left the place immaculate.
We had these guys out after another plumber could not permanently clear out the sewer line behind our restaurant. We had repeated back ups that caused us to close early on a busy Friday night. The plumbers before Alvarez kept in coming out to jet the line but never wondered why it was backing up. Never looked…
