Huge thanks to Jim and Damon! They were incredibly fast and professional while fixing my plumbing issue. Outstanding service from start…
Awesome company. All workers have been courteous, professional, and timely. Gets the work done right the first time. Reasonable prices and they use quality parts. Have used for plumbing and hvac. Highly recommend both.
We were very pleased with the service, the technician made the repairs in a reasonable time. Very professional in his approach.
I have used Alvarez plumbing now twice this year. I will not be going with any other plumbing service moving forward. For starters let’s talk about their direct pricing. When setting up the service call your service call fee is waived with the repair. Secondly when the technicians come out they are not haggling over…
Alvarez is always there for me whether it is plumbing or an issue with my AC. In this case it was a plumbing matter and I couldn’t have asked for better service, knowledge and affordability. Alex S. was patient, explained everything throughly, efficient and just really had a sense that he cared which I felt was an…
Ernesto showed up at promised time, was professional and efficient, made the repairs I needed, tand was on his way in a short time.

Excellent Experience with Alvarez Plumbing. Good & Reliable Communication. Especially appreciate Korey P. Friendly & conscientious. Seemed to do efficient and good work. (Work done: replaced failing water heater, garbage disposal, toilet fill-valve, & outdoor faucets). Thank you Alvarez Plumbing & Korey P.
Every thing was great except the price
Same day scheduling was very easy and Alexander even arrived early! He was very patient and walked us through his findings and options for next steps. A plumbing call isn't how anyone wants to spend $$$ or time, but Alexander and Alvarez were great!
We had an after-hours toilet backup repair performed by Bill, who was very professional and friendly. He was thorough with his explanations. He did not seem to mind at all about being at our home until 3am! I would absolutely recommend Alvarez Plumbing.
Manual did a great job
Great people. They answer the phone. Connect you with the correct person. Come out when they say they will. Do The work for the price they quoted.
Buck B. arrived on time and was able to quickly determine the fix actions I needed for a bathroom faucet that was leaking and one of my toilets that had a small leak at its base. Buck was also extremely careful when entering and exiting my front door because I informed him that I had 4 indoor cats. If you have any…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH!!! If I could give Jacob Fox a MILLION stars, I would without a second thought! Jacob C was wonderful to work with. He was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He rebuilt the inside of both of our toilet tanks and installed a kitchen faucet, kitchen disposal button and bathroom faucet. We will definitely use Alvarez Plumbing again in the future. Thanks again Jacob!
Receptionist and technician were personable and pleasant to work with.
Charged $500 for a job that should have been less than half that taking advantage of an elderly woman.
Alexander (Alex) was my plumber. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. He explained clearly what my options were. He kept me updated and showed me video of the water flowing when he was finished. This being a family owned business, they can take pride in knowing they are being well represented. Thank you, Alex!!

My mother had a high water bill and Alvarez sent a very nice and professional plumber who spent the time to find the problem and fix it. Very happy with the service.
We continue to be very satisfied with the promptness, professionalism and courtesy provided by Alvarez Plumbing staff. All our projects have been completed correctly and on time. Alvarez Plumbing was recommended to us by a health care provider. He stated that Alvarez Plumbing was the only honest one he had dealt with over the years. Joe Velez, our technician, was wonderful! Installation of new toilet
I can’t say enough about the Plumbing expertise of this company. Since May of this year, I’ve had to call a plumber three times. Once for a hot water faucet broken for the washing machine connection. The second time was for both bathroom showers, dripping and due to the age of the home it ended up being The copper…
Korey was friendly and quick. Appreciated the prompt response!
Great pleasant surprise to have such a good experience with Alvarez Plumbing. When we try a new company without a word of mouth recommendation for any type of service we kind of brace for anything. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all my issues and questions.
Ian was great! He was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff had good communication when I had to reschedule twice. Will definitely choose again!
Service was good, mechanic was on time and friendly. Problem was solved because he persevered.Tech was thorough. Did not like having to ‘sign’ without knowing what the price would be. Kinda like signing a ‘blank check’. Sign first, then get a receipt emailed. Price was more than what I expected. Happy with the…
We had the pleasure of working with Ian from Alvarez Plumbing, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He rebuilt two of our toilets and did so with skill, speed, and professionalism. Ian was prompt, courteous, and clearly knows his craft. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work and…
Very professional ‼️On time and honest.
Very nice and professional
Very professional and a job well done.
Another after hours call. Another pleasant experience! My only complaint is that Alvarez seems to have increased pricing for labor. Unfortunately, it is difficult and costly to get estimates when one is already paying a service fee. You're fairly "stuck" with whatever rate is quoted if you want to use water or…
The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job.
Michael was so professional and patient. He made sure he located the issue with the shower drain and fixed it. I like that he took the time to explain everything and showed up on time.
They were so prompt on a Sunday and completed the service with quality and excellence. The customer service was amazing and I will make them my choice of future plumbing needs. Our plumber Edgar Jimenez was amazing
I had used them before but this time around they were not so great. The seal between our tank and the toilet bowl needed to be replaced and I was advised it was a full replacement costing just over $324. We did not have any leaks in the bathroom at all. We could just see the water coming of the seslband then being…

Friendly and knowledgeable plumbing professionals helped us with all the items on our list and offered different solutions to some of the issues. The quote was discussed up front and the work is great. Will be using again.
Late on a Saturday afternoon our newborn grandchild and momma just arrived home from the hospital when a toilet began leaking. Jennifer in dispatch stayed in regular contact until Michael arrived around 6 pm. He quickly assessed the severity of the issue—it involved all 4 units of our condo building—and went to…
I just wanted to say thank you for the recent work performed by Alvarez Plumbing. Everyone I spoke to in the company was accommodating, and Alex, the plumber who fixed the issues, was quick and efficient. Great man. Very professional.
Top-notch service all around. From the first call throught follow-up. After-hours urgent service needs were exceeded and job was fairly priced. Professional, polite, mindful technicians and operators. We are new residents of South Tampa, and are grateful to have found Alvarez Plumbing!
I have used Alvarez plumbing twice. The first time was fine, they were responsive and I understood the pricing. The second time was less straight forward. I was on out of town with zero cell service and only wifi calling. So I had to ask a friend to call for me and explain the issue. Alvarez was responsive but in…
Very responsive, they actually exceeded the time expected as they understood my problem was a leak that could not wait for the next day. Joe was professional, he went right to work and tested and cleaned up. We will definitely use Alvarez again.
My business had Alvarez out for urinals clogged and overflowing. They sent Jacob and Jason out to help us. They took care of the issue and were honest, clean, quick and efficient. I have used alvarez before this and will continue using them in the future.
Ted was excellent. I have a new plumber! He said what he'd do and it was done quickly and neatly. Really nice guy! The price was better than I expected considering what had to be done. Ted was clear about everything. Sam, who took my call was gracious as well.
Both HVAC & Plumbing services were outstanding! They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend using them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of meeting Jarod and he was amazing. He was only supposed to snake my toilet but he ended up having to do a more difficult job than he thought. He also repaired my toilet handle that was improperly installed. I definitely recommend him to anyone and if I happen to have issues in the future, I…
Jacob and Barry save the day! two out of our three toilets were out of commission 🙄 Barry and Jacob installed a the new toilet and got the other one running like new. They were extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up everything before they left.

He was able to clear up our problem within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and their services
We were lucky enough to have Victor come out to help with what we thought was an easy toilet repair. Turned out it was a lot more. He showed us specifically what was happening and then went above and beyond to fix it. Even when I told him it was good enough, he was determined to make it right. I couldn’t give Victor…
I called Alvarez Plumbing around 2:30 with an emergency plumbing back up in my bath room. Within an hour Barry & Sam arrived at the time that they advised me of. They immediately did a thorough diagnosis, & explained what they thought the probably was. They also gave me an estimate of the potential cost & told me…
I called Alvarez on a Thursday, September 17, because we had no hot water. When I called, I also asked if while they were here, could they look at two different toilets that were each having different issues. Upon arrival, I showed them where the hot water tank and the two toilets were. The water would not stop…
Perry was on time and a professional. Made me feel at ease when he came into my home with the protective gear for Covid and protective gear to keep my home clean. He was knowleable and gave me tips on toilet care and maintenance.
After receiving some disappointing estimates from a few local plumbers, we were referred to Alvarez by a neighbor in our subdivision. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Henry was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent about taking proper safety precautions during this pandemic. The…
