Alvarez is my go to company for plumbing, AC and electrical services. Friendly, professional technicians who are always on time. Easy to make appointments with customer service. The only company I use.
I used Alvarez for both AC & Plumbing! I purchased an older home in South Tampa that needed some serious maintenance. They were honest and upfront, didn’t try to upsell or overcharge me, and handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and communication. I had an entire AC system replacement with a new…

Buck B. arrived on time and was able to quickly determine the fix actions I needed for a bathroom faucet that was leaking and one of my toilets that had a small leak at its base. Buck was also extremely careful when entering and exiting my front door because I informed him that I had 4 indoor cats. If you have any…
Jim from Alvarez came out to us at Bedrock Winters Mobile Home Park and took care of a big mess! He worked diligently for almost an hour a half in the Florida summer heat to fix the problem. Many…

Last night we discovered a leak behind the toilet from the shut-off valve & turned the water off to the house. Chaos! Called Alvarez this morning & they promptly sent out Kaleb to fix the problem. Last month we had a very good experience with Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We were able to quickly get an appointment. Our technician Joseph came out, surveyed the situation (which was a leaking pipe in our living room ceiling) and gave us what seemed to be a fair quote. He was extremely friendly and got the…
