I recently used Alvarez plumbing services due to flooding. My bathroom flooded on Christmas Day and the tech that came out went ABOVE and BEYOND. Manager contacted me in a timely fashion and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and take it back to the owner. I appreciate the effort and willingness to listen.
I have an older home and these small little repair jobs pop up and I never have a problem getting Alvarez plumbing to send someone to my home no matter how small the job. Their fees are fair and every technician they have sent out is courteous and professional.
