Alvarez is always there for me whether it is plumbing or an issue with my AC. In this case it was a plumbing matter and I couldn’t have asked for better service, knowledge and affordability. Alex S. was patient, explained everything throughly, efficient and just really had a sense that he cared which I felt was an…
Keith did a fabulous job installing and explaining our new water softener/filter system. Alvarez always delivers outstanding service and communication. We highly recommend them. Thank you, Chris & Kat Thompson
Good service 👍 excellent customer service.
Service was outstanding! I had no power to the ac. Gerald figured it out, it was due to my generator module on the house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with him and Taylor who took my call. Highly recommend Alvarez AC. Thank you!!
I have use Alvarez multiple Times and they always do a great time. They are very respectful, professional, and they are always on time. I highly recommend them. The technician today was awesome.
Boy Alvarez A/C is the greatest. Not only did they come out quickly (within same day) but they sent me technician Daniel Lode who I say is the best!!! He diagnosed my a/c problem within minutes and not only repaired problem on the spot but also performed a maintenance at my request. Our home ac unit had been down…
I’ve worked with Alvarez Plumbing & Air for multiple properties. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional; I enjoy working with their team each every time. From staff at the office (shout out Julie!) and the teams that arrive on-site. Five stars!
Edward performed my annual AC maintenance and did an excellent job. He explained everything he did and took numerous photos. Great job as always from Alvarez!

Hugh Randall referred me and I am so glad. I called Tuesday and they were out here early Wednesday morning. They fixed the problem in a very quick manner and the price was great. I will definitely call them again when a problem arises.
Hector was my service tech. He was on time, Courtesy, and explained everything throughly.
I've been a fan of this company since the early/mid 90s when they were starting out. Over the years they have maintained their professionalism and high integrity as they've grown. It's refreshing to work with and depend on honest contractors.
We are so thankful to have found Alvarez! They always see us in a timely manner, and have very good quality work. Even when water heaters were on back order, they were able to locate one for us and get it installed quickly. JT is always looking out for us!
Jeremy came out and was amazing took his time and replaced our thermostat to fix the problem !
I will never use ANY other HVAC company in the Riverview, Tampa, Brandon area. I have a brand new house built by West Bay homes and the upstairs has had major humidity issues. I gave up on West Bay and their installers/sub contractors. I reached out to Alvarez and not only did they figure out the issues no one…
Sean was great. He is very knowledgeable and was fixed both units quickly and efficiently. There is a reason I only call Alvarez.
I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing for any of your plumbing and air conditioning services. Sean was highly knowledgeable and very approachable with all questions and concerns we had. Will definitely request other services in the future.
I am going to be entirely honest here, I have been rehabbing a mid 60s home for about 7 years now, project by project. You usually have to go through a few companies that blatantly try and rip you off before hopefully finding someone honest. I have used this company for both major plumbing and AC work. They are…
