Keith did a fabulous job installing and explaining our new water softener/filter system. Alvarez always delivers outstanding service and communication. We highly recommend them. Thank you, Chris & Kat Thompson
Boy Alvarez A/C is the greatest. Not only did they come out quickly (within same day) but they sent me technician Daniel Lode who I say is the best!!! He diagnosed my a/c problem within minutes and not only repaired problem on the spot but also performed a maintenance at my request. Our home ac unit had been down…
I’ve worked with Alvarez Plumbing & Air for multiple properties. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional; I enjoy working with their team each every time. From staff at the office (shout out Julie!) and the teams that arrive on-site. Five stars!
I’ve had the worst experience with other AC companies which left me so doubtful and frustrated. For years, I ended up using handy men for minor repairs. I recently bought a new unit and needed a second opinion on a small leak located in the bushing attached to the drain pipe. I called Alvarez Plumbing for a second…
Highly competent and professional.
Jared came to my home to replace a couple of faucets. He took care of that as well letting me know a couple more issues he found while doing the work he gave me options as how to correct the problem. Very reasonably priced, professional and I would highly recommend.
Being retired, I often looked for air conditioning companies who were the lowest priced amongst their competitors. I’ve learned now it’s more important to hire a company that knows what they’re doing and will not rip you off. The first company I had called had lied to me and said that I needed a new air-conditioning…
Shawn was able to fix the problem with my ac in no time meanwhile explaining everything along the way. 10/10 recommend Shawn and this company.
This review is for the technician who serviced us, not necessarily Alvarez. Sean is very honest with great expertise. He recommends services that are the most economical and practical solution.
Ramiro was awesome! Very fast and polite!
I've been a fan of this company since the early/mid 90s when they were starting out. Over the years they have maintained their professionalism and high integrity as they've grown. It's refreshing to work with and depend on honest contractors.
Our AC went out midday on a weekend making our inside temps reach 80+ and Alvarez’s Julie picked up the phone and sent out Gio to help us. Within two hours Gio was at our home repairing our AC and explaining every detail as he went. Incredible work incredible company, we will be using only Alvarez for the future to come.
Thank you APAC! My mothers AC went out while she was in the hospital. I called another company out and their technician had decided to sell me a new unit instead of attempt to correct any issues. I got quoted 12k to replace because “it was beyond repair”. I called out APAC on the advice of an old school friend and…
We are so thankful to have found Alvarez! They always see us in a timely manner, and have very good quality work. Even when water heaters were on back order, they were able to locate one for us and get it installed quickly. JT is always looking out for us!
Anthony was the technician they sent out. He was polite and professional. I showed him the issues I was having and he knew what the problem was right away. He was in and out quickly. Anthony was very personable, as well. Would absolutely recommend him and Alvarez to anyone. Thank you, Anthony.
Shower valves issues without hot water or pressure in the showers. Joe Martinez addressed and fix all issues immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are very reasonable. Excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍
Technician friendly very honest and experienced thxs for your service
Sean D was on time, professional and thorough.
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and explaining issues that were understood
Sean was great. He is very knowledgeable and was fixed both units quickly and efficiently. There is a reason I only call Alvarez.
The technician came out to my house same day as my call. He diagnosed and fixed my problem within an hour. My AC unit kept shutting off and wouldn’t restart. The pc valve outside needed to be cleared. We also had a pan filled with water underneath the upstairs AC unit which needed to be dumped. Once both things were…
Gio was the masterful technician that came by my home to help with my AC issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my system while allowing me to hover over him like a fly! My AC is working better than ever and I even learned a thing or two. What a time to be alive. Thank you…
I could say a million good things about Alvarez Plumbing & A/C! Not only were Santiago and the man with him perfectly on time but they were so kind and explained everything going on with my air conditioner! They fixed everything quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was taken care of and I was happy with…
Drain pipe blockage that cause water overflow. Ramiro Gallardo was very professional.
I used Ramiro, excellent service and very professional. He was honest and gave great customer service. Fixed my AC and saved me lots of money in the process. Definitely will be using him again for all my AC needs. Best technician around!
Great experience. David came out at 8:30 PM and changed the start capacitor. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely have them out again!
This company was recommended by a friend and I can see why - the service is outstanding! The technician, Sean Darville, was extremely informative and professional. I really appreciated the level of detail he provided and he explained things in a way that made it easier to understand. I would certainly recommend this…
We have used Alvarez for plumbing for many years, but this is the first time I have tried its HVAC techs, and I am so glad I did. David and Scott were fantastic, and dog-friendly to boot! One of our two units had gone out, so they quickly fixed that one and then did a service on both units and handlers. They…
Since starting to use Alvarez about 4 years ago I have been nothing but happy with them.
