Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Professional

Jacob was so great! We had an after hours plumbing emergency and He came to our rescue!!

Took approximately 8 hours over two days time to unclog kitchen drain. Had they used the larger snake to begin with I believe it could have been accomplished in a couple of hours at a much more reasonable cost.

I had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night and called Alvarez Plumbing to assist us with it. Servando Reyes was our technician on call and he did an extraordinarily clean and professional job The plumbing issue we had was a clogged house main and it was a bad one Servando used all of his skills and tools to…

Experience with Jacob was great!! He explained what we needed to do to correct our situation. Thank you Jacob!

Jacob C did a wonderful job, kind, friendly- super guy

We had an after-hours toilet backup repair performed by Bill, who was very professional and friendly. He was thorough with his explanations. He did not seem to mind at all about being at our home until 3am! I would absolutely recommend Alvarez Plumbing.

I used Alvarez for both AC & Plumbing! I purchased an older home in South Tampa that needed some serious maintenance. They were honest and upfront, didn’t try to upsell or overcharge me, and handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and communication. I had an entire AC system replacement with a new…

After trying numerous A/C companies Alvarez is the best! They responded quickly, and Will was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what happened and how he fixed it. They are my go-to service company for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Alexander (Alex) was my plumber. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. He explained clearly what my options were. He kept me updated and showed me video of the water flowing when he was finished. This being a family owned business, they can take pride in knowing they are being well represented. Thank you,…

Never received a invoice or warranty!

They came out quick and the fix was very reasonable.

Review is not specifically for Alvarez, but for Jacob who works at Alvarez. Really kind young man who did a good job, loves his job and was honest about the process.

The service was good however the price was extremely high for what I was expecting. I likely would have shopped around if I knew what the price was for a pipe cleaning. I am not sure I would be able to afford using them again.

Service across the board was excellent. My only dissatisfaction was the price.

I’m so grateful that a friend recommended Alvarez Plumbing. They sent two very courteous and knowledgeable members to work on my plumbing issue, and they were reasonably priced working with me throughout the day as things progressed.

I have used Alvarez plumbing for years. Their employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to fully explain the situation and the repair solution.

My husband and I want to thank the service techs, Manual and David, for fixing our clogged drain. The washer was backing up and sometimes it would backup into the kitchen sink. They were able to assess the problem and fix it promptly. We appreciated the fact that we were notified that they were arriving a little…

We had plumbing issue with our manhole 10 years ago and Alvarez Plumbing was able to fix it. This time, we had the same issue, we called 2 different plumbers and they were not able to fix it. We found our old invoice from 10 years ago with Alvarez, gave them a call, a day later it was fixed. They also found out…

On time, fast service. The ordered toilet (bone) to match the tub and sink.

Ian McDanel was our technician and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the blockage in two drains. He was efficient and friendly. We would definitely use him and Alvarez Plumbing again.

$508 for 50 minutes work. Charge by the job not hourly, outrageous. Work was completed.

Installation of new toilet

Had a very good experience with a hydro jetting service. Thank you. Very reasonable for the amount of work.

The plumber worked really hard. But it is overpriced for declogging a kitchen sink

My technician, Evis arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. He worked very efficiently to fix it. He was very polite and obviously well trained.

Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem fast. Very nice

Sills Smith and Jermaine were on time and did everything they said would be done in a timely manner as well as clean up

Really impressed by this company and employees. I had a major problem when my water softener failed allowing resin from the tank to contaminate my entire water system piping. The flow was almost non existent as the filters and aerators clogged making the showers and faucets almost unusable. The techs, Sillc, Ian…

The technician was veey professional and did a great job resolving the trouble. Thank you

The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job.

Very prompt. Joseph and assistant very courteous and professional.

I’ve worked with Alvarez Plumbing & Air for multiple properties. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional; I enjoy working with their team each every time. From staff at the office (shout out Julie!) and the teams that arrive on-site. Five stars!

Victor did a great job and neat

Jared appeared 15 minutes after we called. He was very professional and courteous. Worked very hard to get our drain cleared of a very stubborn substance. We're very pleased with the work done.

Although I had to wait for a while, the technician provided good service and kept at it until the problem was resolved. The tech also cleaned up and tested the problem before leaving.

The manager Andrew was very professional and the technician Frank was very knowledgeable and got the job done. Thanks!

I have used Alvarez plumbing twice. The first time was fine, they were responsive and I understood the pricing. The second time was less straight forward. I was on out of town with zero cell service and only wifi calling. So I had to ask a friend to call for me and explain the issue. Alvarez was responsive but in…

Our AC went out midday on a weekend making our inside temps reach 80+ and Alvarez’s Julie picked up the phone and sent out Gio to help us. Within two hours Gio was at our home repairing our AC and explaining every detail as he went. Incredible work incredible company, we will be using only Alvarez for the future to…

Job done with skill and attention. Will use this company again.

Jason was right on time, arrived a little earlier then the estimated window time but made sure to call and let me know ! Also explained everything in great detail on what was wrong and how they were going to fix it and made sure I understood and felt comfortable before starting and leaving. Would highly recommend…

We have been using Alvarez for our plumbing repair needs for about a year now. Each time we need them, they come right away! They work quickly but do a thorough job. Victor did a great job helping us with all our plumbing needs.

Anthony Agostini was very efficient. He did a great job.

I was very pleased with the work that Jacob did. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done quick. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.

Jerod Counts came out, listened to everything I had to say about the clogged shower and tub, gave me a price and went right to work. He protected his work area so that nothing got damaged and cleared the clog. Then asked me to check everything to be sure he resolved the issue, and it was. He did great work and in a…

Very happy with my drain cleaning service. Jerod solved the issue promptly and explained what was causing the isssues. He also answered any questions I had. He also made sure no mess was left behind from the cleaning.

Jarod was so nice, professional, he explained the root cause of the issue & helped get an explanation written out for the landlord. Great company man!

Jerod was extremely professional. The work was excellent. Michael also joined to help Jerod. They did not hurry and were meticulous. The cleanup after the job was very impressive! Thank you!

Jacob was fabulous. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy. He efficiently cleared a tough drain that was left unreported by another company. Although Alvarez may not be the least expensive company, they are a good value.

We were lucky enough to have Victor come out to help with what we thought was an easy toilet repair. Turned out it was a lot more. He showed us specifically what was happening and then went above and beyond to fix it. Even when I told him it was good enough, he was determined to make it right. I couldn’t give Victor…

Jerod was great. He responded quickly, was on time and fixed our drain just as fast. He also was very communicative about what he was doing and how we could prevent having problems down the road, would highly recommend.

I called Alvarez plumbing for an emergency backed up plumbing line that I needed it snaked. I called just before 5pm. I was told no one could come out until 12-4 the following day. I agreed as Alvarez was the 8th company I had called. I had been quoted 250-300 from a variety of companies plus previous experience.…

Replace pipes under sink. I called Alvarez Plumbing at 730 Saturday morning and Michael Ragan was here by 830am.He was very personable and completed work very professionally. Thank you so much!

I am a woman living alone in my home and I am not experienced with plumbing at all so I called for help. 100% do not use them to unclog a single drain. I couldn't believe how expensive. Other company's have a going rate for $180 to $220 and I paid $303. The tech was very nice and did a good job but the company…

Had Buck and Brandon come out on a Saturday to do some emergency work (flooded out two bathroom toilets and a shower stall). They were very transparent about pricing, gave me options based on cost, and very thorough in showing me what and how they were working. Very professional and tidy team; using masks, shoe…

Called one morning, indicating that I had a kitchen drain tha was absolutely not draining properly. The receptionist asked 1 or 2 questions about the drain location and cleanouts available. Without much discussion, she advised me that they would have someone to my location within 4 hours (and they would further…

I called Alvarez this morning and my mother had a backed up toilet and tub. They said they could come out same day which was a God send to me as she is elderly and this is the only bathroom she can access with her walker in this older home. Victor was our technician and he could not have BEEN anymore professional,…

Buck & Branden were both very polite and professional. They thoroughly investigated the issues I was having and found the most cost effective solutions. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!
