Alvarez plumbing and AC has been amazing! I have used them several times. It is a really great family owned company that does a great job. They are timely in responses and still delivering quality work. Highly recommend to everyone! They will not disappoint.
Great service as usual. Prompt and professional.
While away on vacation our AC went out. My elderly mother lives with us so it was important to make sure she had air since outside temps were high 90's. I made arrangements from out of state for Alvarez to come take a look. I called mid day on Wednesday and a tech was there that afternoon. I forget the tech's name…
I’m in the process of selling my condo and I was given an inspection report. We needed both air conditioning and plumbing repairs done so we contacted Alvarez. They were able to fit me in the very next day and got everything done on both sides. It was a pleasure working with both technicians and, I appreciate their…
Great service , affordable and in timely manner
Ramiro was awesome! Very fast and polite!
I've been a fan of this company since the early/mid 90s when they were starting out. Over the years they have maintained their professionalism and high integrity as they've grown. It's refreshing to work with and depend on honest contractors.
We had our complete system replaced in a matter of hours. Alverez staff are extremely professional and do amazing Work. Thanks again.
Thank you APAC! My mothers AC went out while she was in the hospital. I called another company out and their technician had decided to sell me a new unit instead of attempt to correct any issues. I got quoted 12k to replace because “it was beyond repair”. I called out APAC on the advice of an old school friend and…
We are so thankful to have found Alvarez! They always see us in a timely manner, and have very good quality work. Even when water heaters were on back order, they were able to locate one for us and get it installed quickly. JT is always looking out for us!
From first phonecall to the amazing technician Evis P. who answered all my questions with detailed and friendly advice, this company is the real deal. Professional, friendly, and perfectly on time. Would recommend easily to anyone who has plumbing needs. A couple of days later my secondary HVAC unit started…

Our air conditioner decided to stop blowing cold on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. We placed a service call and Sean Darville with Alvarez Plumbing & Air came out to help! He was very courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond in explaining and taking his time to check our system. He replaced the…
Jerry and Billy did a fantastic job! They notified us prior to arrival, provided professional service, cleaned up and were very pleasant to deal with.
