Very responsive.... came same day within 1 hour. Explained everything and gave us choices.
I used Alvarez for both AC & Plumbing! I purchased an older home in South Tampa that needed some serious maintenance. They were honest and upfront, didn’t try to upsell or overcharge me, and handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and communication. I had an entire AC system replacement with a new…
Alexander (Alex) was my plumber. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. He explained clearly what my options were. He kept me updated and showed me video of the water flowing when he was finished. This being a family owned business, they can take pride in knowing they are being well represented. Thank you, Alex!!
I had a great experience with Alvarez Plumbing. Joe, the sales manager who came out, was professional, straightforward, and made the whole process easy to understand. The pricing was great, and I felt confident moving forward. Ian and Ronnie were the technicians who handled the service, and they did an outstanding…
We had a challenging blockage in the line, but the technicians stuck with it and cleared the line completely.
Awesome work in a timely professional manner. Will use again. Tony was great!
The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job.
We had these guys out after another plumber could not permanently clear out the sewer line behind our restaurant. We had repeated back ups that caused us to close early on a busy Friday night. The plumbers before Alvarez kept in coming out to jet the line but never wondered why it was backing up. Never looked…
TED was amazing, on time, friendly, fast and cleared our sewers in no time! Definitely would recommend him again and again
My business had Alvarez out for urinals clogged and overflowing. They sent Jacob and Jason out to help us. They took care of the issue and were honest, clean, quick and efficient. I have used alvarez before this and will continue using them in the future.
Ted was excellent. I have a new plumber! He said what he'd do and it was done quickly and neatly. Really nice guy! The price was better than I expected considering what had to be done. Ted was clear about everything. Sam, who took my call was gracious as well.
Edgar was my technician who resolved my issues, he was very professional, extremely nice, and above and beyond customer service. I have had other technicians before and they were all great as well. The company in general is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable with what they do. I highly recommend this business

Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond his duties
Joe M was the tech who helped us out of a jamb. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience. He didn't waste any time and unclogged the main drain quickly. This was my first experience with Alvarez, but it won't be my last.
Anthony Agostini was very efficient. He did a great job.
Manuel Morales was our technician. He did an awesome job. I thought he was very thorough. Our problem is resolved and we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them again.
Jarod was so nice, professional, he explained the root cause of the issue & helped get an explanation written out for the landlord. Great company man!
