⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH!!! If I could give Jacob Fox a MILLION stars, I would without a second thought! He is, hands down, the BEST A/C technician I have ever met, and honestly, the whole world should have someone like Jacob. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly…
Korey called before he arrived so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Korey was very polite and well mannered. Gave me the estimate and proceeded with the toilet installs. Everything was perfectly done, tested and clean.
On time, fast service. The ordered toilet (bone) to match the tub and sink.
✨️Updated Nov 2025✨️ They fixed what I needed and gave me good advice. Everywhere is expensive now but reasonable considering what needed to be done. Tec was experienced and knowledgeable. I wish I had his name. I will call Alvarez Plumbing whenever I need anything else done.
Installation of new toilet
Ian at Alvarez took care of me same day and brought my plumbing situation that nobody else wanted to touch up to code no hassle 👏🏼
From first contact to actual visit I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I am looking forward to the installation of my water softener on the 3rd. Keith came out and installed my new water softener today. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He made sure to show me the info and left a paper that explained…
Top-notch service all around. From the first call throught follow-up. After-hours urgent service needs were exceeded and job was fairly priced. Professional, polite, mindful technicians and operators. We are new residents of South Tampa, and are grateful to have found Alvarez Plumbing!
We have been using Alvarez for our plumbing repair needs for about a year now. Each time we need them, they come right away! They work quickly but do a thorough job. The technicians are always super nice and informative; especially our technician Ted, who has worked at our business more then once and is always great to work with!
I've only used Alvarez once but my mother called them one time to install her fill valve.Me and my mother had the pleasure of talking to a wonderful young man Jamar. He was very well presented and explained everything to us in a very simple manner. We love to see young people doing something with their lives and…

Very fast.
Perry is knowledgeable and courteous. Very happy with his work!
I had issues with both of my toilets. One had a cracked tank and the other was "rocking" and not stable. I called Alvarez because of their advertisements and their highly positive reviews. The scheduling process was quick and easy. Perry D'Amato showed up on time, we went over my issues, and he took a look at both…
