My first time at the salon and I couldn’t be happier! Aaliyah was friendly, knowledgeable, and delivered a beautiful end result. I only got a few inches taken off, but it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I finally feel like myself again and can’t wait to go back!
Jasmine is always super friendly & welcoming. Always makes effort for good conversation! I drive an hour and a half to get my perm from her & it’s always worth it!! The salon environment is phenomenal. Super clean, rather fancy, and the girls are always super kind & helpful. Been going here for nearly 4 years and i’ll never go anywhere else :) Definitely book with Jasmine but, selfishly, don’t overbook her so she still has time for me 🙏

Gizem9 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Gizem has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a hair appointment scheduled for my friend wedding day, and the salon canceled my appointment just ONE HOUR before the scheduled time.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and they called me at 8:00 AM, just ONE HOUR before my appointment, to tell me it was canceled.
When I expressed my frustration and said, “This is ridiculous! I planned my entire day around this appointment,” the person on the phone responded in an extremely rude and aggressive tone, telling me to “Watch your words!” Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they actually had the audacity to lecture me about how I should speak!
I was so upset by the way I was treated that I ended the call before I lost my temper. Not once did they sincerely apologize or offer any compensation or reasonable solution.
Their only suggestion was to come back at 3:00 PM instead of 9:00 AM. I explained that I had a wedding to attend and couldn’t simply rearrange my entire schedule at the last minute. Their response? “There’s nothing we can do.”
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I later commented about my experience on one of their Instagram posts, and they actually DELETED my comment! Apparently, instead of taking responsibility for their terrible customer service, they would rather silence unhappy customers.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect is absolutely unacceptable. They made the mistake, treated me rudely when I complained, offered no meaningful solution, and then tried to hide my negative experience.
Thankfully, they can’t just delete honest reviews here like they do on Instagram. I hope other potential customers see this and understand how this business treats people when something goes wrong.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would never trust this salon with an important event again.
What makes this even more frustrating is that customers are required to pay a cancellation fee if they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, when the salon cancels at the very last minute, what compensation does the customer receive?
This was not just a regular appointment. It was my friend wedding day, and I had planned everything around this appointment. Being canceled on with almost no notice left me stressed and scrambling to find another option on one of the most important days of my life.
I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I believe cancellation policies should be fair to both businesses and customers. If customers are held financially responsible for last-minute cancellations, businesses should also take responsibility when they do the same.
Never going again!
