I had a work order which was to do with an item in my dishwasher broken. As always when one of the maintenance staff came by the experience was that the issue was solved expeditiously and with a level of interaction in which was very comfortable and professional. The staff member was Will who has come and sorted another issue in my apartment and is always top-notch whenever he comes over to do work. That is a general observation of all of the maintenance staff that I have had come over to sort out issues.
