This is my third rental with DJ, and I’ve had a great experience with them over the years. They have always been extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful with any needs that come up!
I lived in the North End for about 10 years and working with DJ Realty was a pleasure. They helped with anything I need and always made me feel welcome. You can feel good about working with them.
Adam and team did a fantastic job renovating our bathrooms! They were efficient, creative and also always cleaned up after themselves between work days. They found ways to take a decently small bathroom and optimize the space for maximum storage. They were amazing!
Current resident and they are the best landlord I’ve had in Boston. Super responsive to maintenance requests. Their office is in the same neighborhood we live in which is a huge plus compared to landlords I’ve had who don’t even live in the state.

I’ve been renting in Boston for about 8 years and have dealt with quite a few different property management companies during that time. This past year with DJ Realty has easily been my best experience. They’re very communicative, quick to respond, and seem genuinely on top of everything going on in the building. Even with the crazy amount of snow this winter, they’ve done a great job keeping walkways clear and staying ahead of things. It’s been a really smooth and positive renting experience overall, definitely appreciate the effort they put in.

I have been a tenant in my North End apartment professionally managed by DJ realty management for five years. They provide timely responses to emails and maintenance requests. They provide proper notice if they are working on the building or if they need to enter the apartment. A cleaner comes once a week to vacuum and mop the staircase and shared hallway space keeping the apartment fresh & tidy. I would recommend them to anyone!
