I would NEVER partner with AHP, Columbia for a custom build!! The experience at the design center was pleasant. However, I went to an open house today in Chapin, SC with my Agent to get more info from project managers, etc. regarding a floor plan (Southampton A/B) that met my expectations for my new home. The…

We are in the beginning stages of planning to build our dream home.. We started off at America's home place and then shopped around. Nobody offers what America's Home Place does for the value so we started with them. Heather has visited with us twice already. She is very kind and very educated on everything we…

America’s HomePlace Columbia was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were always up to date with what was next and how to take care of it. They were very helpful and fun in the design process as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

From start to finish AHP has been a great partner with us. Amy was so great in helping us take a floor plan and reimagine it in a way we never thought of. Heather was amazing in showing us all the options we could select to make this house a home. From Joe to John, we have been communicated with, felt heard, and all…

Our experience with AHP was a series of pleasurable and stress-free meetings leading up to the build. Once the build started, the Columbia, SC staff stayed engaged and provided updates. We were able to tweak our build plans without ruffling feathers. The construction supervisor’s kept us well-informed during the…
