We chose AHP to build our forever home and we could not be more pleased. They greeted us the moment we walked in the door and showed us every step. They stayed late to help us chose colors, flooring, and all the things you never think about because of the hours I work. Once construction started their communication…

It was a pleasure working with Americas Home Place, they were all very nice and helpful. Zachary Price was fantastic to work with, he updated me every week on what happened that week and what was happening the next week. If I had any questions he answered me back that day. He checked on the house build almost daily.…

I would never recommend this company to build. They do not honor their warranty. My daughter’s house is falling apart. Overpriced for the poor workmanship.

I would NEVER partner with AHP, Columbia for a custom build!! The experience at the design center was pleasant. However, I went to an open house today in Chapin, SC with my Agent to get more info from project managers, etc. regarding a floor plan (Southampton A/B) that met my expectations for my new home. The…

From our first meeting at America’s Home Place to move in day we had a great experience! We lived in Anderson, SC and were building our new home in Orangeburg, SC so we weren’t around during the construction phase. Everyone was great at keeping us informed of what was happening each week. They were quick to respond…

From start to finish AHP has been a great partner with us. Amy was so great in helping us take a floor plan and reimagine it in a way we never thought of. Heather was amazing in showing us all the options we could select to make this house a home. From Joe to John, we have been communicated with, felt heard, and all…

7 year update... Just spent $12,000 to rip out a ceramic tile walk-in shower that was part of the house they built for us just 7 years ago. Mold and rot in the floor and up the walls. Apparently the shower pan was improperly installed and has leaked for years as I have been told. Pretty much similar to other…

AHP were excellent to work with. I lived in another state while my home was being built and they kept me informed throughout the process. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
