Timely, expert service. Very professional and efficient. Will call them again. Very satisfied.
The crew did a fantastic job of trimming and took the time to tell us how to properly take care of our trees. They were both polite and you would have never known they were there, since they did such a fantastic job cleaning up after they finished.
Great company from start to finish. They were able to provide a quote within days of being contacted, and scheduled the service for just a few days after that. Quote process was thorough and helpful. The arborist provided good information about what should and should not be done, saving money and the health of my…
We used American Arborists to remove a couple trees, clean up some others and also fertilize. They were prompt in their estimates and did a great job with the actual work. They were on time, were fast and efficient and cleaned up well. Very happy with them.
Good crew. Made quick work of the branch on top of my roof. Very efficient.
The crew was on time, very informative and very professional and personable. Would recommend to others.
American Arborists are amazing. Very professional with good follow up. They are very quick to take care of all my tree needs.
We had an estimate within a day, with the tree service only five days out. The price was a few hundred dollars less than another service who would take two weeks to arrive. The guys were prompt, and they did a great job on the clean-up. Highly recommended.
They just did an excellent job trimming two overgrown trees. Both trees look much better !
American Arborists were great. They got me a quote within one day and had me scheduled one week later for our service. They did everything we wanted and more and were so friendly. We will continue to use their services!
I found this company while searing google for a vendor that serviced Carson City. I'm so happy to have found them! Tiffany and Josh have been terrific, they are responsive and knowledgeable. The crew is very friendly and their prices are outstanding. So glad to have them as one of our preferred vendors!
I have had a lot of tree trimming and removal, and my previous company was charges way too much. I got a bid for American Arborists and two other bids for a new project. AA was the most resonable, they did the job within days, and the two employees who did the work did a great job! I will reccomend them and use them again.
Trey and his crew from American Arborists are skilled and careful in their work. Our trees are a vital and valued part of our landscape and we trust this wonderful company with their health and maintenance. They provide great timely care and are always responsive to our needs.
It's always great working with the folks from American Arborists. My trees have been looking better, and better each year since I started using them. Highly recommended.
Cody, Tray and Mike were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up good. Advice was given on other shrubs and I will be calling them for additional work. They even made sure my gate was closed so my dog didn't escape.
American Arborists came out and gave a quote, an arborist taking pictures and writing detailed instructions as he walked the property with me. He was very knowledgeable about the species of the trees and their needs. I had several old stumps that a previous arborist company did not grind/remove properly, storm…

Everyone from American Arborists was informative, thoughtful, and focused on beautifying and healing our trees. Our yard looks much better and our trees are so much healthier after their TCL!
This company is the best! So in the long summer months, I had called to them after hitting walls from other companies who were too busy to even give me an estimate. They sent someone the next day, and although I wasn't ready to do the work at that time (due to finances) they said to call them at any time when I was…
The 3 person tree trimmer crew arrived promptly at 8 am as promised and went right to work. They did a good job of trimming our trees and cleaned up all the debris. I could not ask for a better job.
The American Arborist guys were fantastic, don't hesitate to call them. We purchased a home in Caughlin Ranch with beautiful trees but they were in dire need of some TLC, pruning and clearing. From James' initial visit, a follow up and the crew coming out, I couldn't be more pleased. James, Cody, David and the rest…
Very professional from evaluation and estimate by Arborist through clean up of the worksite! Pruning and topping done per my instructions as it happened. Pricing was competitive and they offered a Sr. discount on top of that! Best contractor we've hired in a long time by far!
Great Company! Arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work with me, conducted their activity professionally and in a timely manner, cleaned up after trimming, no issues, great recommendations on maintenance of the Ash tree. I recommend these folks if you need tree trimming and care.
Can not say enough positive things about this company! They were very responsive, on time, friendly, and did a very good job. We had a dead, 25 ft. pinyon pine removed, along with some large/medium limbs on other trees. Everything we had trimmed was entangled among other plants and trees. The crew was very skilled…

They also applied pesticide to rid our cherry tree from aphids. All the employees who responded to my home, as well as those I spoke with on the phone, were very knowledgeable and professional. I was a very happy with the tree trimming and pruning, they did a terrific job. All of the gentlemen were courteous and friendly. However, whoever did the cleanup job didn't put a lot of effort or thought into it, I had a lot of limb picking up. I have rocks in my flowerbed and when they ranked the limbs out of…

On time, quick to respond. left the property spotless and they were super friendly.
I called 3 companies, these guys had the quickest bid. The crew shows up on time, works efficiently, even uses quieter chainsaws than other companies. I thought thier prices were fair, they did good work and cleaned everything up perfectly. I've used them twice now, and will continue to use them for my pruning needs.
Guys were great and informative. Answers for my millions of questions.
American Arborists has been our go to business for pruning our trees for the past three years. We wouldn't use any other company! They are thoughtful, obviously love what they do, and go beyond what is expected.

Very satisfied with American Arborists. And they give senior discounts which helps my budget. When I needed them to return to remove a branch that they missed the first time, they came back and took care of the problem. This is the third year that I have used American Arborists.
Definitely would recommend this company, everyone was quite professional and they did a great job. Cleaned up every thing really well. Great People. They have also done trimming of another tree. Love these guys
When I first contacted American Arborists, I was told it would be a 2-3 week wait. Somehow, because the trimmers finished early, they were able to fit me in that day. I was so pleased and shocked at the same time. I really appreciate the prompt service. And, the trimmers did an excellent job.
Ty and Tre did a great job. Thoroughly Professional, Prompt, Efficient, and Polite. Highly recommended. Referred by Mattice Construction.
