This place is great, very customer oriented, friendly and so helpful. We arrived from Germany yesterday and had problems with one of my hearing aids. We drove to the shop in Mesa and Phil was most helpful. Also Alyssa, the reception was super friendly. Thank you for your great service

We just had our first experience at AMHC. The Mesa location was wonderful! Phil and Alyssa were very professional and so great to work with! They took their time and helped us every step of the way. Alyssa greets you with a warm smile and voice that immediately makes you feel welcomed. That feeling carried through when we met Phillip who conducted the testing. My wife was experiencing great difficulties with her hearing aids and Phillip listened intently to her describing what she was experiencing. He introduced her to PHONAK hearing aids, which seemed to have some major technical improvements over her older OTICON aids. Based on everything we heard, we felt very confident with Phillip’s recommendations, and now my wife is hearing things much clearer!

I am so glad that I decided to go into your office to check and see if I needed hearing aids (which I knew that I probably did). Another thing that is nice, is that they have you come in periodically for cleaning and to make sure you are having no problems with them. I highly recommend this office.
