Work hard and fast. Some minor damage to belongings because they move so fast.

We had a full move, 2 trucks, 1.5 days. The guys worked so hard. They had great attitudes. They were so respectful and professional. Highly recommend their service!

This company was fabulous across the board! Pre-moving coordination was very simple, straightforward, and transparent. The movers themselves were extremely professional & attentive. Would use them again in a heartbeat and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

I have never used this service but when I saw the BIG, PINK moving trucks being handle w/ care in the skreets (intentional spelling error) of Winston-Salem and saw “Woman Owned”, I just had to give a shout out to the woman who are running this ship! My daughter said “Shout out to woman doing business in a… Read full review

The crew did an exceptional job handling our items and belongings in a timely, professional manner!!! We will definitely be doing business with them again for services when needed in the future. Great crew and Ms. Katrina helped us along the way to make sure everything was in order since this was our first time to movers move us.

Excellent move from our townhouse to their storage facility since we had to move to a temporary location while our home is being built. Lewis and his crew did a good job protecting our furniture.

Katrina was great for the booking & communication. Terence & George were total professionals for the move. Will recommend to anyone & everyone!

Movers were polite and careful with all items. I’m happy to recommend them.

Very professional! Arrived when they said they would. Was able to fulfill my preferred date with very little notice. And the price came out better than I was expecting. Although, it would have been worth it regardless! First time I’ve ever used professional movers and I would definitely use this company again.

Man these dudes moved FAST! Cleared the house quicker than I expected.Very respectful and exceeded my expectations. Price was reasonable.

Their quote came in lower than other local moving companies and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The moving crew was professional and friendly, and the job was done on time with no surprise fees. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

American Moving and Hauling was recommended to me as I looked for a good option for moving one of my older clients. They did a great job and did not disappoint! I cannot recommend this moving company enough! We recently moved out of a four-story home with a lot of heavy items—including an entire setup of bulky exercise equipment—and the crew handled it flawlessly. Terrance, Amanda & Ahmir helped us move today and they were outstanding. Good work pace, super friendly and very hard working! They made the move a breeze. Highly recommend.

Isaiah, Lewis, and David picked up furniture from the retail store, transported and then carried the 2 super heavy cabinets upstairs. They also unboxed the cabinets. They also carried one heavy cabinet and the boxes from the new cabinets to my garage. They were hard workers, very professional and did a great job. I would call American Moving again.

Very professional and efficient

Javonte (apologies if misspelled), Zion and Suzanne just finished up our move and they did a phenomenal job! They were quick, professional and helpful in making what would’ve otherwise been an extremely stressful day a pleasant experience (as pleasant as moving can be). Would highly recommend them and American for your next move

The crew that moved us on 5/12 (David, Troy, and I’m forgetting the woman’s name 😖) were amazing! They took such good care of all of our furniture, worked very hard and were so nice and professional. I had never hired movers before and if I have to move again, I will only use this company!

American Moving and Hauling helped us with a cross-town relocation. Monti, Chandler, and Omari worked well together. They were careful with our possessions. They were attentive and professional, listened carefully to our requests, and gave thoughtful feedback.

The guys showed up early, wrapped everything (we moved the small stuff like dishes), & delivered everything to our new house with NO damage to anything. They also moved the existing washer & dryer left by the previous owners. This was money well spent.

The team was amazing today. Very personable and professional.

Great company to help make your move easier. We appreciated the affordability of services, especially compared to competitors. They were able to accommodate our needs within a short period of time. The movers Montini, Chandler, and Omarii were outstanding! Would recommend!

I love the fact that American Moving and Hauling is WOMAN-OWNED!! The crew — four young and very strong men — worked well together and seemed to like each other. Terrance, Chandler, and Lorenzo were friendly, professional, careful, and efficient while packing up my house today. They finished packing the house in 3.5 hours (though it was estimated it would take 5 hours). We requested all 3 of them to come back to move us into the new place in a couple days. Very happy with how today went!

This company is extremely easy to work with. The packers and movers were very nice and accommodating! We had a couple of mishaps and the owner made everything right! Would highly recommend!
