Customers frequently praise the company for its friendly staff, efficient service, and competitive pricing on mulch and landscape materials. Positive feedback highlights quick load-out times, helpful communication regarding deliveries, and a welcoming atmosphere at the North Kerr location. A few lower-rated reviews cite issues with unexpected minimum order requirements, price discrepancies compared to online estimates, and perceived rudeness when inquiring about specific product availability.
