I used ARH again this year, 2024. Prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. Junk gone and everyone here is happy. Great idea to clean up the garage, attic, and patio before the holiday season. Thanks! American River Hauling was responsive, courteous, and professional. We had called a few other hauling businesses but… Read full review

I have nothing but great things to say about American River Hauling and Junk Removal. I have used them twice so far—the first time for a piano and some random junk pieces in my backyard. The second time was for a king size bed set. My calls to set up the appointments were met with prompt and friendly customer… Read full review

Very professional and quick. Duke and Alex did a great job!

They made the entire process so easy!! I sent pictures of all I had to get rid of and got a very fair quote in less than 5 minutes. I was even able to schedule pickup for that afternoon. They kept me informed of their arrival and then quickly packed it all up. Really pleasant to work with, amazing customer service… Read full review

Nick was great ... He called within minutes of me submitting his online form, talked through the job, made it work with our schedule since we had to get it done quickly, showed up on time and took care of everything. His crew even swept up afterward. They were professional and made it easy.

Nick has been absolutely amazing! He was easy, on time (even a tiny bit early) and thorough. We loved the process so much the first time, we’ve already used them a second time. They can break down most anything too and you don’t have to move anything beforehand. Loyal customer for life!

They got the job done and provide top notch customer service. Nick was very helpful and kind. Very professional and helpful hauling business 10/10 would recommend 👍👍

I’ve had 2 separate trash hauls in the last two weeks from Alex and Duke. They showed up on time and completed the job so quickly I was in shock. The level of communication and professionalism is the best I’ve experienced. Some of these trash haul folks can be a little sketchy, these guys make you feel safe.… Read full review

The American River Hauling team picked up a box spring I didn’t need anymore—it was an awesome, easy experience. They communicated to confirm, let me know when they were on their way from the previous job, and were in and out quickly. They were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend for a streamlined, easy junk/furniture removal experience.

The first junk removal in Sacramento to immediately answer my call. They let me text pictures to get an affordable quote. Very professional and showed up on time.

These guys are GREAT! Nick reached out right away after I filled out their online form, and they were out the next day picking up a desk I needed removed. They were quick, didn’t need any direct contact, and I would highly recommend using them again.

Efficient same day service.

Nick helped me clear out some furniture and did a great job. He was professional and kept me informed about his arrival window. He was very upfront about his pricing. Highly recommend this service.

Nick went over and above to help my son move when he injured his back. He packed, moved boxes to storage, removed trash and help sell furniture. He managed to do all this over the weekend to meet moving deadline. His price was fair and he is a man of his word. We can’t say enough good things about him and his… Read full review

Very Professional and courteous service. We’re very fast and attentive to my time as much as there’s. Will happily recommend and use again.

Very responsive, and was able to come same-day. Actually, he was in the area and came within 20 minutes of contacting! He was very courteous and quick, and priced fair without being insanely expensive (unlike other quotes I had for the same job). Took a large sectional couch and a office chair that couldn’t be donated. Very pleased and will use again!
