Came in just needing spark plugs changed, they were very open about other concerns the car was having and different ways to go about it but loved how straightforward the people and services are.
I bought tires there about two years ago. I wanted the longest lasting tire I could get. He said we got 80,000 mile warranty on these tires. OK let’s get them two years later with 113,000 miles on the tires just getting into the ware bars .Just installed my second set. Nokia brand money well spent
Great service! The team was friendly, professional, and quick. They did a great job with the wheel alignment. Highly recommend!
Amazing and quick service! I had a screw in my tire, I called ahead to see if they would take me in and they did right away. Look for Brian! He’ll give great service :)

I am so impressed by the service and personnel at American Tire Depot on Convoy. Bryon repaired the slow leak in my tire and did not even charge me for his service!! Angel assisted me last week when I first noticed the issue and was also awesome! I have definitely found a new home for tire service and will come back when it's time to replace them!

I paid over $300 to replace a TPMS sensor on my Traverse, and it failed after just 3 months. Only one sensor was broken originally, so they replaced that one, but then two more sensors ended up breaking down. To make matters worse, even though I made a reservation and arrived on time, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes with my family. Anyway, the tire pressure warning light came on again. They claimed the relearn tool used a special proprietary code, but that was a lie—you can buy those for like $1 or $2 on Amazon. I didn't even know there were 2nd-gen TPMS kits that I could easily install myself for only $40. That's 10 times cheaper than their unreliable solution. I honestly feel like that guy was a total scam artist. Even though I'm a car guy who used to own a BMW, I didn't know much about Chevys and ended up getting played like this. Don't be fooled by their high ratings. I only wish I had taken some pictures while I was at the shop.
