If I could give zero stars, I would set us up with a program to clean. Our ducking made an appointment spent the whole morning moving everything around our house to be able to gain easily access to all of our vents. Sold it as a free cleaning showed up, said it did not test right? And then tried to give us a quote for cleaning, biggest scam ever, with consumers. Energy would not recommend this company at all

We want to clarify that our program begins with an initial test to evaluate the condition of your ductwork and determine whether your system qualifies for the service. The sealing process is only performed when testing identifies significant air leakage or gaps in the ductwork. If your system does not meet those requirements, we are unable to proceed with the duct cleaning and sealing service.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to prepare your home and set aside time for an appointment, only to learn that your system did not qualify. We also recognize that we could have done a better job communicating this process and setting expectations before your appointment.
