Recently I had to replace my HVAC unit as it was leaking in my condo unit. Closer inspection showed that there was mold in the ceiling and other places. AMT was highly recommended both online and offline. They came by promptly with equipment that measured the mold infection, air quality, etc. I received at very professional report quickly (within a couple of days around a holiday weekend). The remediation specialist analyzed it and promptly gave me a plan for remediation. Thanks AMT Team! Great work!

AMT was professional and prompt! Marc answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered my report as soon as he could. Michael came out to my home and did the actual testing. He was on time. Fully assessed my home, took all the samples as explained, and had a copy of my invoice on hand. Having mold in your home/basement can be so stressful, especially if it’s your first time dealing with something like this. These guys made figuring out what exactly is growing down there a breeze! Now I can share this thorough report with any mold remediation company and just to have for my own records. Thanks so much AMT!!!
I was advised by my air conditioning company to have mold testing in one of my air handlers. When I contacted AMT, Marc could not have been more helpful in advising me that a testing consultation was not necessary based on the information provided to him. His kind advise by phone prevented the cost of a visit to my home, let alone an entire testing service. Indeed, I cannot praise Marc more highly for his expert advise, kindness and honesty. Thank you, Marc!
Marc was great in providing guidance. Thanks Marc
