Anderson Automotive

We have used Anderson Automotive several times over the past 10 years. We have been pleased with their services. Their prices are reasonable and they have wonderful customer service. I never worry about my vehicle when it's in their care. I really do love that they will drive me home too.

The work was completed correctly and on time.

This is an outstanding company, with superior customer service. I recently had a situation where Anderson identified an issue with my shocks, which were under warranty at the dealership. The dealership was not willing to honor the warranty as the issue did not meet their criteria for replacement. Anderson… Read full review

Anderson Automotive is the only place I will take my Toyota 4Runner SR5 to be worked on. The owner is super nice and the mechanics are certified. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and do excellent work. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!!

Everyone with whom I dealt at Anderson Automotive was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, extremely friendly and accommodating even gave me a veteran discount….. brought me home after I dropped my car off and then picked me up again when my car was ready. Patrick was my technician. He is very knowledgeable and outfront with things that need to be addressed. I was totally informed of what would happen before they do anything to my truck. The service and cost were justifiable. Very please with result.

They do quality work in a timely manner. The front end of the old S-10 feels a lot better. Thanks

Every time I bring in my vehicles, anyone on the staff have been sociable, courteous, professional and always willing to explain what needs and is going to be done on my vehicle, and never any pressure to have them done right then .

Always get dependable service and trustworthy advice.

They are efficient and reliable. I've never had them insist on a repair that was questionable. In the eight years that I've been taking my truck to them, they've always treated me right. Highly recommended.

Turn indicator replaced on steering wheel.

I like to support small businesses and Anderson Automotive has done a good job for me in previous repairs, but last scheduled repairs they dropped the ball and it took almost a week to get my car done.

I was looking for an automotive shop that would treat me like family and look after my safety. I have found exactly that in Anderson Automotive! I drive a truck that is 20 years old, so I know things are wearing out and need to be monitored. Anderson Automotive did a thorough inspection and helped me prioritize… Read full review

Anderson is fantastic to work with.

Been coming here for years and the team is always spot on with customer service and the process is streamlined in a way most similar companies are not. Patrick runs a tight ship and we don’t plan on ever taking our business elsewhere

Always professional and great at explaining any problems with my automobile. They are great at finding ways to resolve problems without throwing money at it.

The guys at Anderson Automotive are always there to help and will take the time to explain everything to make sure you understand exactly what they are doing and why.

This is a great company. They perform regular maintenance on some of my company and personal vehicles. Reasonable price and great service. They always communicate quickly and effectively. I’d recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend - this is where I always take my car when I have service needs (about 4 years now). They always provide excellent service, are highly professional, and don't recommend work that isn't truly needed. This is one you can trust to do honest work, at competitive rates, with quality craftsmanship.

Anderson Automotive was fantastic. They ran diagnostic tests on a truck that I purchased from an individual owner. They communicated with me about what they found and we decided to proceed with all of the opportunities they found. The work was completed in a timely manner. The truck is running smoothly.

Helpful staff and quick service

Again with excellent service. Highly recommend

Super genuine folks. Will definitely go back.

I went to another mechanic in Olathe who told me i needed engine mounts at nearly $2000. I decided to try Anderson automotive in Olathe. I went there for the same problem and I didn't have engine mount problems ( Even though Robert decided to try replacing an engine mount and found out that that was not the fix,… Read full review

We needed to get the vehicle checked and repaired pretty quickly and Anderson Automotive proved more than up to the task. We had the work done and it was done very well and the price was more than reasonable. We will use them again, for certain.

Love this shop. They figured out what was wrong with my truck after three other shops couldn’t. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer.

Anderson technicians did a good job in performing routine maintenance on my 2015 Highlander.

They have terrific customer service. I have had a couple of vehicles looked at over the years and I'm always satisfied.

This team is trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. We’ve been taking our vehicles here for the last few years - and they’ll have my business for the foreseeable future.

If you want to go to an automotive repair center that stands behind their work go to Anderson Automotive. Patrick, the owner, really stands behind his work. I can't thank them enough.

A couple of years ago we were searching for a Veteran owned repair shop to repair our family vehicles. Honesty runs deep with these people and the work is priced fairly with great results.

Long time client of Anderson - always professional, great attitudes and good prices. Like the “good old days”

I've gone here for a couple years and once your car is actually getting serviced you are in good hands but the appointment system and specifically the guy at the front desk who answers the phone the majority of the time are not very helpful. He makes simple calls harder than they need to be. I called just to get a… Read full review

Anderson Automotive always does a great job! The staff is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We have taken several cars there for service and repair and I have always had a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Everything is done quick and on time even though I believe for the most part price is right a couple of times I thought is was a bit high but as for now I'm very pleased with all the work

As a mechanic by trade, it’s hard to find someone I trust to perform maintenance on our personal vehicles. The team at Anderson Automotive have always been honest and fair!! Thank you for what you do.

I was having a sound on my back tires and when rotated found out work would be needed. I was given a ride back to my home while the work was done and finished in one day. Very friendly and efficient service.

I have taken multiple cars to them, and they have always been detailed and thorough on their work.

Over all everyone was very professional. The only problem I had was I had brought in 2 hub assembly's that should of lowered the price and it didn't.

Clean, organized and efficient. Prices are competitive with other shops.

They always make sure to get us in in a timely manner & are very knowledgeable & professional at what they do.
