We have used Anderson Automotive several times over the past 10 years. We have been pleased with their services. Their prices are reasonable and they have wonderful customer service. I never worry about my vehicle when it's in their care. I really do love that they will drive me home too.
You all always do a great job
Great experience. Honest & friendly
Good service for only what I need with suggestions for future work.
I had Anderson Automotive service a recently purchased vehicle, they were fast to get me in and out on short notice and answered all the questions I had about the new vehicle. They also caught a couple loose lug nuts. Thank you for taking care of me and I will definitely be back!
Came in for an oil change. Dirk was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly.
Oil change
This is an outstanding company, with superior customer service. I recently had a situation where Anderson identified an issue with my shocks, which were under warranty at the dealership. The dealership was not willing to honor the warranty as the issue did not meet their criteria for replacement. Anderson…
Job was done well but I was shocked to see $600 for an oil change and battery replacement. When I asked about the price they went straight to blaming Iran for it, even though the battery was the high price.
Anderson Automotive has helpful employees and good service.
We like Anderson because we never feel like there is pressure to complete unnecessary services. They are honest and do good work!
As I think about scheduling my next appointment for routine maintenance, I can’t thank my BIL enough for recommending Anderson Automotive. They always perform a thorough inspection along with requested known maintenance. They are professional and have fair pricing. They treat me with respect and if I’m waiting, I…
Oil change was quick and no hassle. Hayden was very nice. No attempt to upsell any services.
Great service at a fair price
This was my first visit to Anderson Automotive and I was not disappointed. The guys were all friendly. They weren’t pushy with extra services. I went in for an oil change and they informed me I may need a new filter soon and quoted me. But they did not push it or get snarky. They didn’t make me feel like most car…
Very competent, honest and fairly priced. I trust these guys completely.
My second time at Anderson Automotive. They are always friendly and take good care of my vehicles. We will be back in a few months to get the oil changed again after the roadtrip!
We have used Anderson Automotive for several years . They offer honest, competent service. Very professional .
Work is handled quickly and efficiently. They take time to answer all my questions. Thank You!
I've taken my Honda to many a repair shop and Anderson was the first to actually fix my ongoing sensor issues. I would recommend Anderson Automotive to anyone who is tired of taking there vehicles to mechanics who charge an arm and a leg and don't even fix the issue. A wonderful family business!
I got an oil change and used the coupon for a very good price. I made the appointment the day before and the service was very quick and easy and actually was done before the time that was promised. Very efficient and friendly.
It took almost two weeks to repair all of the problems due to lack maintenance on a 1998 Oldsmobile Van. Oil pan replacement, radiator hose replacement, and air leak in the engine to most of the time, Not bad for only 155,000 miles on it. Anderson. did an outstanding job for me.
They diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. They were friendly and informative about the process the whole time.
Anderson Automotive is the only place I will take my Toyota 4Runner SR5 to be worked on. The owner is super nice and the mechanics are certified. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and do excellent work. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!!
In and out quick, good customer service, and very reasonable pricing. That’s all I could ask for.
Anderson Automotive has consistently delivered quality service with timely communication and attention to detail for each of our personal and business vehicles! We highly recommend them any vehicle service needing done!
Everyone with whom I dealt at Anderson Automotive was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, extremely friendly and accommodating even gave me a veteran discount….. brought me home after I dropped my car off and then picked me up again when my car was ready. They did not attempt any repairs without discussing with…
Always take our vehicles here for routine maintenance
I've gone here for a few years now. Usually when I got an oil change in the past I had the luxury of having one of my co-workers pick me up and take me back whenever it was done. Since I am retired now, I had to make an appointment and wait for the oil change. They had my truck done in a little over 30 minutes. That…
Great place. They got my car in on schedule. The quality of work was excellent and they took the time to answer all my questions. Also reasonably priced.
Thank you Anderson team for your attention to detail, communication, and repairs to our work truck. We so appreciate your partnership in keeping our truck(s) running at peak performance and reliability!
They do quality work in a timely manner. The front end of the old S-10 feels a lot better. Thanks
Every time I bring in my vehicles, anyone on the staff have been sociable, courteous, professional and always willing to explain what needs and is going to be done on my vehicle, and never any pressure to have them done right then .
Good service and was able to get my car finished before my requested time. Thanks!!!
Excellent!
Always get dependable service and trustworthy advice.
Half the price of the dealership
Good
I have had routine maintenance on my Tahoe and recently a new transmission bracket and custom driveshaft on my 68 Chevelle. Always good work, friendly service and good advice. Highly recommend.
By far my favorite shop in the area (have been going here for about 5 years now). They have great prices, do excellent work and tell you the honest truth (which is greatly appreciated). They won't tell you something needs to be done just to make a buck. They care about their customers and have definitely won my repeat business.
Got my oil changed and tires rotated, and 30,000 mile check up on my truck. Always great service with work done in a timely manner with excellent communication. Love Anderson Automotive.
Friendly,professional and efficient.
Couldn’t ask for better service!
In and out fast. Got to use my discount coupon, which cut the cost of the oil change in half.
Great Service as usual. Always a call to let me know what the issue is and what it will take to repair it with an estimated cost. Have always been pleased with the work done by Anderson Automotive for years.
They are efficient and reliable. I've never had them insist on a repair that was questionable. In the eight years that I've been taking my truck to them, they've always treated me right. Highly recommended.
Turn indicator replaced on steering wheel.
I was looking for an automotive shop that would treat me like family and look after my safety. I have found exactly that in Anderson Automotive! I drive a truck that is 20 years old, so I know things are wearing out and need to be monitored. Anderson Automotive did a thorough inspection and helped me prioritize…
Anderson is fantastic to work with.
Always professional and great at explaining any problems with my automobile. They are great at finding ways to resolve problems without throwing money at it.
The guys at Anderson Automotive are always there to help and will take the time to explain everything to make sure you understand exactly what they are doing and why.
Always do a great job.
Service was great...everyone was friendly and clearly explained what needed to be done.
Changed the oil and topped off the fluids as needed in a decent amount of time. Did a great job.
Awesome service, although it took a while longer than expected, overall very good. Will be returning for future maintenance or unexpected issues
I highly recommend Anderson Automotive for preventative maintenance and repairs. They are fair and honest
This company has great customer service and is always willing to help.
They do what they say they are going to do, quickly and efficiently. Bill answers my questions w/o prejudice. He also advised us on upcoming maintenance considerations and was not pushy about it. I trust Anderson Automotive to take care of my family if I am not here to do so.
Very trustworthy!
Excellent and timely service. Good communication. Friendly and reasonably priced. I never get an unwelcome “surprise” from these folks.
Timely and courteous.
Friendly, flexible, and explained everything well!
They do a great job with every type of service for our vehicles. Always on time and communicate well. First class
I went there to get my g37 some maintenance and they were honest about everything and really helped me expand my knowledge about my car.
Anderson Automotive performed general maintenance that was reasonably priced. That's why we always take our cars to Anderson Automotive.
This is a great company. They perform regular maintenance on some of my company and personal vehicles. Reasonable price and great service. They always communicate quickly and effectively. I’d recommend to anyone!
Very honest and helpful.
Highly recommend - this is where I always take my car when I have service needs (about 4 years now). They always provide excellent service, are highly professional, and don't recommend work that isn't truly needed. This is one you can trust to do honest work, at competitive rates, with quality craftsmanship.
Anderson Automotive was fantastic. They ran diagnostic tests on a truck that I purchased from an individual owner. They communicated with me about what they found and we decided to proceed with all of the opportunities they found. The work was completed in a timely manner. The truck is running smoothly.
Helpful staff and quick service
Great service! I went in for a oil chand. When they called me to let me know the service was finished. The man on the phone told me there were a few things in my car that needed attention. I greatly appreciated the honesty, my car is now running smoother than before I went in.
Great service all around!
I was very satisfied with the treatment I received and with the work performed.
Very helpful and informative on what needed to be repaired. Been taking all my cars here for many years and the only shop I trust in town.
Very effective at identifying vehicle problems and fixing them. Great documentation.
This team is trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. We’ve been taking our vehicles here for the last few years - and they’ll have my business for the foreseeable future.
Anderson Auto staff of is very professional and customer service is unmatched.
Always satisfied with service! They are efficient workers and customer friendly. Been with Anderson Automotive since 2019.
Quick easy scheduling. Great communication. Completed work on time. We're keeping our cars longer and it's a relief to find mechanics we can trust. There are coupons online as well.
The staff are friendly and professional. The work was completed correctly and in a timely matter. I would recommend Anderson for any of your vehicle needs!
The office is always clean. The guys are nice. Dependable and honest. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I hear that there is sometimes an office dog but every time I have been there, I only see an empty water bowl. I would probably come in more often if Pat ever started bringing in his dog again.
Reasonable prices, friendly staff, timely and we’ve always been very satisfied with the work they’ve done on our vehicles. Highly recommend Anderson Automotive!!
I've always had great experiences with Anderson Auto. Friendly employees you can trust to give you an honest answer. I get texts to remind me when an oil change is due and also texts to follow up after an appointment to make sure everything is going well. My car is always taken care of pretty quickly. This shop is a…
Long time client of Anderson - always professional, great attitudes and good prices. Like the “good old days”
I've gone here for a couple years and once your car is actually getting serviced you are in good hands but the appointment system and specifically the guy at the front desk who answers the phone the majority of the time are not very helpful. He makes simple calls harder than they need to be. I called just to get a…
Anderson Automotive always does a great job! The staff is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We have taken several cars there for service and repair and I have always had a positive experience. Highly recommend!
They are always quick to get my car in and out.
I have taken my car here exclusively for4 years. I do not take it anywhere else, except once about 2 years ago I took it to discount tire (only for tire installation). I took my car in for an oil change somewhat recently (2-3 months ago), and the next day the check engine light came on… Strange, but coincidences do…
As a mechanic by trade, it’s hard to find someone I trust to perform maintenance on our personal vehicles. The team at Anderson Automotive have always been honest and fair!! Thank you for what you do.
I have taken my car to a lot of different places around the area. Anderson is the best service and the best price of any place. Much more affordable than most places and they will shoot you straight on what your car needs and not just attempt to make as much money as possible on you.
My husband and I consistently use Anderson Automotive for all of our vehicular needs. They are extremely professional and knowledgable, and they never pressure us to purchase additional goods or services. They provide accurate information in a helpful way. Additionally, their waiting room is very comfortable and…
Over all everyone was very professional. The only problem I had was I had brought in 2 hub assembly's that should of lowered the price and it didn't.
Your front desk crew are exceptional and a wonderful group of young men. I give all a top rating. These are the only members I have dealt with and all are very helpful, courteous and professional
I have used this place several times in the last 7 years. We had the ball joints replace on a E450 truck at 119,000 miles around 5 years ago. Took it in last week for a DOT inspection, they said the ball joints were bad. It currently has 142,000 miles on it. That means it only had 23,000 miles on it. They would…
Honest and reliable. They keep you in the loop on what services your car needs to stay safe and maintained. All-around great service for cars!
I started taking my car here as I heard that they have great service. I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Also very knowledgeable. They’ve been able to diagnose problems that even the dealership couldn’t figure out. They will absolutely always take care of you!
I love that it is close to my house and they are always very friendly. I usually have coupons, which help with the prices. I feel they are honest and always do a great job!
Been going here for years now. They are always very nice and take care of you. Have and would recommend this place to others. Thanks for treating your customers so great Patrick!
Great work at a good price , I have taken 5 different vehicles to Anderson for various repairs, and am very pleased!
