This is a reliable, independently-run shop with mechanics who are probably as well-trained as those working for dealers. I've never had a bad experience here. The prices seemed fair and below what the dealer wanted, when I sought competitive quotes. I am returning to this shop for my next major issue with my older Lexus.

Great place to do business with. Very trustworthy. They also honor their warranty work without question. Had a previous issue with a bad strut bearing (manufacturer issue, not install). Anderson Auto took care of it without me having to hassle with them on their warranty policy. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

I have used this place several times in the last 7 years. We had the ball joints replace on a E450 truck at 119,000 miles around 5 years ago.
